my general rule for any pocket paint pair is, ALL IN.... unless you get a raise + re raise.... consider folding jacks. QQ / KK / AA is an all in must. if the other guy has KK / AA, thats just life.
because you know what.... most of the time, people are going to go all in with low pairs not wanting to play post flop. I guarantee this |

I think it would be pretty bad to actually fold (1/3 of your stack already in, getting 2 to 1 on a call w/ QQ)
But I don't mind taking some extra time sometimes even if I'm pretty sure I know what I'm going to have to do (call in this case), just to run through my thoughts and be sure I'm not overlooking anything. In this case as the #2 chip stack you aren't really looking to call off all your chips to the one bigger stack in general (don't know what the payout structure is here at all though....), but cubbies probably knows this too and that is more reason for you to have to call. |

| I call without taking time against any of the forumers, they're all n00bs. Especially that cubbies donkette. But there's nothing wrong with taking time, it gives kronx a chance to relieve himself. |

| he has chip domination he can bluff and take the hit but the fact is he got his chips by putting his $ in good.it is pos. that he has a bigger pair u can wait and pick a better spot if his play is tight and if its 1st time u seen this allin u must fold. he says hammer to induce a call to make u think he's bluffing it is likly he has a over pair. |

| My personal experience with cubbies is call. He'll do that with AQ or such. |

| My reasoning here is that Cubbies, while he certainly can be aggressive, probably isn't pushing a 3rd raise out there without a big hand. I thought he may have AA or KK. In the end, I decided if he has me beat, good for him. |
