| My history file shows I won the 750K game but I wasn't awarded any T$ how do I correct this? |

Requests -> Registered in Tournaments.
double-click the event
Unregister. |

Whenever you win a satellite seat the following happens:
1.) the software checks if you are already registered for that event. If you are, you will get the buyin+entry fee in T$ credited to your account.
2.) the software sees you are not registered for that tourney and it registers you for it.
It is up to the player to Unregister and take the T$ if they choose to do so, and they must do it before the event they won a seat in begins. |

| are u people nuts? FTP runs satellite tourneys, then NEVER gives its winners the ticket for next level. It's a scam to the max. They simply keep EVERYONE'S entry fee and NEVER award the winning tickets. You're just playing for fun, cuz FTP does NOT award the tickets and they refuse to answers your emails about this. How sad. They are making enough money on everything else, but they choose to steal even more from their winners. |

You think this because you're not bright enough to understand what the Registered in Tournaments feature.
When you win a satellite, you get registered into it. In other words, you're delusional. |
