| I was playing a $11 heads up NL tournament and got discinnected. Do I lose the money? |

| If you were disconnected, yes you lose. You would be just blinded down. Try emailing support and have them view the entire hand history. Maybe they'll show some compassion and offer some sort of credit, mayb e not. Maybe they'll refund their fee. It's worth a shot. |

If it was due to the site crashing though you would get paid by chip count. If you had more chips, you'd win first prize and whoever had less chips gets their buy in refunded. One time I played in a $5.50 HU SNG, got one hand in where I raised from the SB, BB folded. I was up twenty chips and the site crashed. The only time an outage has helped me  |
