where do you get that info moderator. I requested a withdrawal may 2nd approved may 4th and the check was sent out may 13th. yesterday I had to put a stop payment on the check because it had not arrived yet (29 business days after request). and request a new one. 10 days after full tilt suggested I stop payment and request a new check (june 2nd). now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for them to make sure the check wasnt cashed, then time for them to send the check out ( which was 10 days after approval on my first attemtdays. then another 15 business days for my check to reach me. that puts me around mid july for a withdrawal that was originally requested may 2nd. I'm tired of full tilt reps giving out bad info. dont tell people that a check is quicker cause it will only make them more upset that they were lied to when their check doesnt show up.

Your situation was outside the normal realms of the normal check withdrawal process. Things can happen goign through the mail(ie. lost, destroyed by the sorter(has happened to me)etc.) Dont make it that all the check withdrawals take this long.

I'm realy not trying to "make it that all the check withdrawals take this long". I'm just relaying what my only cashout experience with full tilt has been. and judging by what the theme has been on this thread, it seems that I'm not the exception

You seem to be the exception for the paper check withdrawals. Yes the problems with bank transfers affected everyone, but is slowly coming around to catching up(but not fast enough). Believe them disabling the bank transfer method the reason they are catching up. I understand your concerns but you are making it to be that the check option is just as slow or as bad a situation as the bank transfers.

Not only do I have a problem with withdrawal (still waiting for one initiated on May 12), I have another problem with bank transfer. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. On May 21, one of my declined deposit request (eCheck) went to the payment processor (agmfinance) and the funds was deducted from my account! Unlike Full Tilt, they have a customer service phone number and I did contact them. All I was told is that it appeared to be an approved eCheck deposit to them (even though Full Tilt declined it), so they wouldn't do anything about it. So, I contacted Full Tilt cashier (by e-mail, what else) numerous times. At first they tried to explain it as credit card authorization (which it wasn't) and then they just told me to send them my bank statement if I was charged. After I e-mailed them my bank statement, I have yet to hear from them since May 21, despite repeated attempts. (and no, I don't spam them with e-mail every day, just one every few days)

An update: funds arrived on Jun 10th (withdrawal initiated on May 12th). As for the declined deposit, they credited my FTP account with the declined amount. I'll probably request a check withdrawal soon.

I requested a check withdrawl on June 5th, approved later on June 5th, received check today June 12th. One week to the day. Hope this helps those wondering about time tables on check withdrawl, though others have reported the same or similar time frames. Check came from ZIP payments like others.

Finally got my bank transfer which was approved on May 16th. Received today June 13th. The only transfer I had requested and have received check withdrawls in one weeks time ever since, so all in all, I'm happy and receiving all my money.

I have requested a bank transfer about 3 weeks ago, and as of today, I still don't have it. The communication from full tilt has been poor at best since they continue to tell me that they have no idea when I will get it thought their chain emails. The only thing that they have done to compensate me is to give me $500 in my bonus account, but why would I possibly deposit if they already owe me $2000. A better solution would have been instant cash in my account. I have done bank transfers in the past, and received my cash within 3 days which was great, but my patience is running thin. There are several websites where people are posting horror stories right now about this. I will update everyone when i receive my money, and if FT actually does anything to better compensate me. All I really want is my money, but if they want me to stay loyal, I would expect something better then bonus $$$

fyi... how ironic is this. I just posted the above issue yesterday, and today I had my $2000 bank transfer. Take it for what it's worth. From the time of my initial request, it took 3 weeks for a simple bank transfer. In the past, it took days. My biggest issue is that FT communication on this was poor, and they still never really did anything for the inconvenience. Although they did give me $500 into my bonus account, that doesnt seem right. Why would I take the 10 seconds to deposit, when it takes 3 weeks to withdrawal. My friend is still waiting for his transfer, and it's been over a month.

As I said before, in the past, it was incredible. This just left a bad taste in my mouth, and unless something gets done for me, I will continue to try other sites. Good luck.

My stop payment, for the check I never recieved was made june 10th. The funds were redeposited back into my account the 19th. I'm back to where I was May 2nd when I originally requested my check. Because of this I asked them to fastrack me and my withdrawal was approved in less than 2 hours. I dont know if my email had anything to do with this, or if full tilt is losing so many customers due to poor costumer service that they hired more people or something.

I've read where a couple of people had recieved $500 dollar bonus offers. I actually told them if they dont deposit some funds or a good amount of full tilt points to my account they would lose me forever. I dont play in the high stakes but I do play about 8 hours a day. The kind of costumer I'm sure they dont want going to pokerstars. They ended up giving me a $26 token. Not much, but better than nothing.

If my new check arrives in a timely manner like I've been reading others have I'll just write my first attempt off as uncommonly bad luck. Ill reply to this thread when I recieve it
