|
|
They specifically state 7 to 10 buisness days for an EFT withdrawl. That is already a long time however they are taking over a month to place the withdrawls in players accounts. They say it's a temp problem however I have seen a never ending string of complaints going back to last year. This company makes millions upon millions of dollars and they cant afford to provide some type of real-a-listic customer service? Everyone recieves the same BS emails in response to the one question...where is my money. What they are doing is Illegal, but they will continue to get away with it because they will send your money before you have time to sue them. After you recieve your money it turns into a breach of contract lawsuit which pretty much nothing can be done because the situation has been fixed.
1. I will never deposit money here again. I have already opened a new account with another poker site with great customer service and a phone line you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. They cant blame it on third parties because a bonus that was due to me within 48 hours hasnt hit my account in over a week. There is no other bank or outside institutions to deal with that could delay an internal deposit that long.
3. They longer they dont give you your money the more time they have to collect interest on the money. They make more money the longer they hold it.
Bottom line is I dont see how these people are happy when they finally recieve their mony 45 days later. They are acting like FULL of IT did them a favor by paying them. You dont get to play on their bill and pay them later so why should it be the other way around. I wish I knew all of this before I joined, so if your new. Be warned. This will be a continuous untill somebody actually sues them. Enjoy playing. Just dont win and try to get |

| You are talking like a moron as though your life depends on a withdrawal. I've been in the same boat, having the significant delays with bank transfers but the cash shows up. Usually about 30 days or so with bank transfers but only about a week with checks. Give them a chance to get caught up, it's not their fault one of their payment processors screwed them. |

One, your an idiot and you obviously work for them.
"Give them a chance to get caught up, it's not their fault one of their payment processors screwed them."
Are you serious... do you read the post's not just here but everywhere. This is an ongoing problem that goes back well over a year. No body screwed them. I am a little jealous because Full Tilt has the luxery of not giving a damn about customer service. The deposit didnt even piss me off that much... It is the refer a friend bonus that is taking over a week to process. That has NIX to do with a processer screwing them. That is not a Bank Transfer. So keep on replying as I'm sure you are paid to do and next time try to come up with a viable excuse for your peeps |

Here are the rest of your posts. Who comes to this board to soley defend FULL TILT? As for your last post where you say they should respond within 30 min's. It takes them (you) about a day to send one standard reply... GET OFF their nutts (unless of course that is your job.

FTP is a reputable site. Everyone needs to relax...from what I have been reading through numerous threads is the 3-5 day window means that it might take until Tuesday for the funds to be transferred. ...

I have emailed the cashier several times and can not get a response. Why is that? Examining past information, they should reply within 30 minutes? |

hey thanks for sharing very old news. dont use the search option much do you? oh, and please share your promos of other sites with us, dont know what we all would do without you... you typed that to a different guy with the same issue...
So like the previously busted out spadztrix2, you go around defending FULL Tilt for fun.. Thats cool. I'll just keep complaining untill I recieve some geld. Mabe someday with all the money they make, they will finally get customer service other than bashing people's posts. Thanks Buddy.
That being said...I'll shut up and take it like a champ (like I have a choice) as long as no other FULL TILT groupie posts another ignorant defense to the fact that they have horrible customer service and the withdrawl problem is not a new one. |

Well, If both Absolute Poker AND Ultimate Bet poker have been investigated and found guilty of fraudulent business practices, and CHEATING online players with software that allows/allowed the staff members to actually see everyones hole cards then it's no surprise to me that the same is probably going on here at FTP.
The o.p. is right, what;s going on here with peoples money is WRONG.
Did anyone ever hear of the words, "Conflict Of Interest?"
It appears to me that there is indeed a conflict of interest to ALLOW FTP Staff Members to PLAY online at FTP for real money against outside CUSTOMERS, especially when these 'insiders' have 'access' to who knows what kind of software at FTP.
I'll keep my cash in the bank account before I trust these a__holes with my money. |
