| Money posted today to my bank account, 33 day after approval. I guess better late than never... Not sure I want to play at FTP after this. |

WAIT WAIT WAIT!!!! My electronic checking account withdraws have always come though within 7 business days, until now of course. I have pending withdraws, electronically, of over 3 weeks, but now full tilt wont even allow me to access electronic withdraw. There is this new pop up message saying it has been disabled and a vague reason is given. So is this all about epassporte and their pull out? Has anyone else noticed the exact same thing is going on at Pokerstars on the exact same time frame. All pokerstars electronic withdraws are just as screwed up with same lapse in explanation and resolve. Something is up, INDUSTRY wide!! And who is this "processor" and what is the problem all of a sudden, can't get ppl cash out into their checking accounts like they used to? Does anyone have any real or formal explanations??
My gut is telling me this seems like a backlog issue. Perhaps a large number of former epassporte users are now trying to use the "processers" service of electronic cashouts into their bank accounts. Thus the flood of new users has bogged down and overwhelmed the "processors" ability to provide their service. Thus full tilt has temporarily disabled their electronic bank transfer as a form of withdraw...to alleviate the backlog. At this explanation full tilt are themselves somewhat left out of the loop of what is going on as well, and they, like us players, are being yanked around in a web of corporate cookie cutter explanations and spin offs......as a result of the processors failure to handle the influx of new requests. Well thats my theory, just a theory, but its the same thing that happened epassporte when FirePay, Neteller & Moneybookers closed its doors to USA players in late 2006. Epassporte had this huge debacle as a result of the massive new influx of players, both with their technical services, and their customer support. And some say history repeats itself. Nonetheless something really fishy is going on. |

Weird I just sent in my verification docs for check withdrawl and was approved in like a day. I just withdrew using check for the first time and so far so good. I still expect it take to about 3 weeks, but thats better than the run around from electronic withdraws at the moment. |

This is not right! It takes 10 seconds to put in money with the same verified bank account as the withdrawals. There is only one reason for this,... FULL TILT POKER IS MAKING INTEREST ON OUR MONEY!!! I'm talking to my attorney to about a class action law suit. They cant promise us that the money will be deposited into our banks on a certain day and not deliver. Then they give a bonus that you only get paid when you deposit more money, why would I risk more money if I can't get what they owe me?? If anyone is interested in this class action lawsuit please reply to this post. It may be a little bit of interest but guess what when they have to pay it out to 500,000 people they will learn a valuble lesson. They can push these thru, they don't have any support or phone numbers to talk to someone. They owe me $1,800.00 and all I keep getting an apology email back.
THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I WILL NOT LET A BIG COMPANY HOLD ON TO MY MONEY ANY LONGER WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION!!! |

| I'm another player who hasn't received their payout from Full Tilt. I've gotten several vague promises of soon, in any day now, etc. It is unbelievable that they can expect us to keep putting money in unless they can reasonably assure us that we can get money out in a timely fashion. I won't be playing at FT until I get paid, and I'm not sure yet that I'll be back even then. There are other choices where the games are good and the payouts actually show up as promised. |

| I made an electronic withdraw on 05-25 and its now 06/10. Nothing has hit the bank account yet. is this normal. I ordered a fancy fitted hat the same day and got that within 5 days. I have sent several emails and just keep being told thanks for my patience. Is this common??? |

| As I have stated before I received all of my withdrawals it just took 5 weeks. In any case they sent me $200.00 because of the osga intervention and I withdrew that as well an have sinced received that amount so it should be coming. |
