Hi,

Does FTP release bonuses in increments? I have released

part of my bonus but it didnt get credited to my balance.

yes, it is released in increments depending on the points you are earning. it does get credited to your balance though - in the minute when you receive this little pop up box.
you will also receive an email confirming that.
if you go to cashier/Bonus Account you can watch in realtime your progress in cleaning your bonus.

it is helpful if you play more cash games than tourney as you will earn more points there. and watch the happy hours. having this in mind, it should be easy to clean the bonus Smile

So, being as cheap as I am, I made a near min deposit of $60 a while back. Slowly started working my way through the first deposit bonus, pulling in a whopping $6 every week or two. So far I have released $42 of the bonus.

But... I checked the status of my bonus account last night, and the release increment has been changed from $6 to $20. So, I assume this means that I won't receive another bonus deposit until I've earned enough FTP to get to $20.

But wait a minute! I only have have $18 left to be earned, so I can't get to the $20 increment. WTH!?

The alternative of course is that it's an error in my favor and they'll deposit $20 instead of $6 the next time I earn 100 FTP. Which would be sweet... but trust me, I'm not that lucky. Pretty sure I'm getting the shaft here.

Bottom line is, before I contact Full Tilt, I wanted to see if anyone else has seen or heard of the bonus increment changing. Anybody???

Before I send an email, I'm tempted to try and earn the next 100 FTP and see if $20 magically appears in my account. If not, then I'll send an email.

So, given the rate at which I earn points, plus the rate at which Full Tilt replies to email, it might be a couple of weeks before I find out anything. I'll keep ya posted on the results.

You can go to Cashier then click "Bonus Account" to check your status as well.

Anybody else wish that FT would give us the choice to let our Bonus hit all at once after we clear the points...instead of little by little?

I would think there are alot of people that would enjoy this option

Well, I cleared the next 100 FTP for the bonus and Full Tilt deposited....
$6 just like they should have. So much for my hopes of $20, but at least it wasn't $0.

I guess I'll send them an email now just to notify them of the weird glitch of my bonus increment being listed incorrectly.

Case closed for me.
