[/b]2 WEEKS LOCKED ACCOUNT... WILL NOT LET ME LOG IN AND **** FULL TILT WONT RESPOND ONE DAMN EMAIL!!!!
WHAT THE HELL CAN I DO ABOUT THIS SITUATION???
Ive tried emailing them with other emails and the respond right away and tell me that I need to email from a registered address. The funny thing is when I email from the registered address they wont respond ****! Is all hope lost? Should I just call it quits and take the loss of about $500 in my account? Because other than email these **** don't exist for customer service... so ****!
Let me know what I can do besides wait... what could possibly take longer than 2 weeks to lock an account for????
good luck all and hope this doesnt happen to you! |

| paitiences is the key here. since you gave no clue as to why they closed your account in the first place ill guess its has to do with either you having multiable accounts, got into a deal with someone shady(intentional or unitentional) or investigating possible collution. the latter 2 will take time to investigate to see how much is your involvement. the first, which is so unbelievably common, multiable accounts.if you did open a second account they need to review both your accounts for things like rakeback.if you opened the second account for rakeback they may see how much youve "earned" so they can take that money back. but mostly they will close second account and appond your request tranfer money from second account to the original account or give you the cashout. either way, you will get the money that you earned,it will just take time |

Having same problem, been waiting over a week now. I got a decent bit of a bankroll now, and now I'm getting pretty paranoid.
My problem is that I'm squeaky clean. |

By the way, Is there anyone else who has 2 accounts on the same computer? If so, can you please help this poor guy get his money back.
Also, How do you setup 2 accounts on the same computer ? |

| I would be fine about the situation if they notified me to tell me what the problem is. Instead they hold me in suspense and wont respond ****. I guess for the beginners make sure that you only allow yourself to open an account on the computer and don't let anyone else or your account will be locked instantly with no notification as to what is going on. Have a good one everyone, and i'll let you know when the bastards open my account back up. |

What information are you not telling us?
From years of playing on-line and talking to other on-line players I don't think I've ever really heard of an account being locked for no good reason.
Did you depo with e-check and it didn't clear from your bank? HAve you ever had another FTP account or anyone using your computer? Do you use your FTP account on other peoples computers who already have FTP? Do you chip dump? Do you colludide? Are you under 18? |

VICTORY!
At last my account has been re-opened!
Basically what happened is my roomate set up another account on my labtop and FT thought it would be cool to keep my account locked for a couple of weeks w/o responding to my emails.
Basically I did the refer a friend thing and I guess he should have used another computer bc FT thought it was suspicious or something I suppose. I really wish that FT had phone support bc it seems that they could care less that you are in the dark. |
