I hate when I get lucky, and then get back to unlucky in an instant. Thanks for getting my hopes up. Not exactly a bad beat, but this is my first time playing in months and this is how I am welcomed upon returning.

| I don't like your raise there. Its like a minimum raise. you have to raise him at least 4X what he raised to show strength. He still ahd the nut draw as well as top pair decent kicker, so he may have called regardless. But he was still drawing to beat you. Make him pay more. But once the 3rd spade hit, its time to fold. |

| Fatstacks, I think you're wrong here. The board came runner runner flush and he called Greg's bet on the flop. You're not going put anyone on a flush there, I don't care who you are. The raise on the turn was quite brilliant actually because it assured him action on the river. Even if Greg raises more, the money is going in 1 way or another and you're up to the poker gods then. Greg did a pretty good job keeping 1000 chips, although I would have been tempted to go all-in with the check raise on the turn (or at least raise to 1600 or so). |
