Thank you all for posting. I am still waiting as orginally posted since April 30th. A lot less money than some of you. I would be going nuts if they owed me $5k. I still think FT needs to be responsible in running this site. I would complain as I did to their licensor. I posted the link above. keep us posted...I will certainly do the same. i wish you luck...but I aint playing here..not soon.

I withdrew $900 from my poker account on April 26, 2008 using the bank transfer method. Transaction # 01D822AF
5-7 days until the money is in the account, says the site.
On May 8, 2008, I still did not receive the money, so I sent an e-mail to the support team. The answer was: the transfer would take place that day (previously, there was a problem with processing).
Then, a couple of days later I received this:
"As you know, your recent Bank Transfer was delayed due to reasons outside of our control. As you were notified earlier this week, these issues have now been addressed and these withdrawals should be completed shortly if they are not already. As a token of appreciation for your patience, we have credited your Full Tilt bonus account with $300."
Since the money has not shown up in my checking account, I sent 2 or 3 e-mails in the last couple of days to cashier and support.
NOW, I DO NOT EVEN RECEIVE AN ANSWER.
Does anyone know what's going on?
I'd appreciate your advise.

As previously stated I am a member of the Offshore Gaming Assoc. and they contacted me below with the following reply. At least they are giving me some hope here and I think with their assistance I will get my money they have assisted me on 2 other claims those with sportsbooks and it has been resolved everytime and both times I was given something for my trouble. So just wanted to let you all know of the response I got from them.
We have forwarded your complaint off to Full Tilt Poker. We have had complaints on them before but they have responded rather quickly when there is OSGA involvement. In fact, one of the co-workers here did get a payout from Full Tilt last week after a two week delay. I do not think that this is a stiff situation in any way shape or form. Unfortunately, the #1 problem the online gambling houses have is sending money back to the US. Full Tilt lost a processor about a month ago and has had to scramble to get things working 100% again.
We will get back to you ASAP after hearing back from Full Tilt.

well that is encouraging....they just need to find another processor to circumvent the US law. That makes me feel a lot better. *$#????
This thing is going down the Party Poker route. They will get us our money eventually, then lock out US players...I smell it coming...it's not going to be worth it for FT to go through the legal ramifications as the pressure is applied because they now have a significant European playing membership base they can work to expand |

| Just to give everyone an update my first withdrawal that I did on 4/20 posted to my account today! Still waiting on the 2nd one that was done on 4/28. Still will never use this site ever again. |

| I received both my withdrawals (first requested around april 15) very recently. So the money is coming, it looks like they're catching up. |

hey guys,
i had the same problems as all of you. cashed out twice in early may and still nothing. today i finally got a response. check it out. hopefully its not just BS like the rest of them. im thinking about switching to Poker Stars, don't know if there any better?
We apologize for the delay in replying to you regarding your withdrawal
from Full Tilt Poker.
Recently, we have been experiencing delays in bank transfers being
processed to players? bank accounts. Full Tilt Poker was assured by our
provider that all delayed bank transfers were being processed and sent
out between Monday, May 5 and Friday May 9, until they were caught up.
On Monday, May 12, we were informed that it took longer than expected to
get the entire backlog processed. They have now assured us that the
oldest bank transfers have started processing to players? bank accounts
beginning on Tuesday, May 13 and continued on through last week and into
this week. All pending transactions are being processed to our player's
bank accounts in the order in which they were received.
We hope to have this matter resolved very soon and we sincerely
apologize for the lengthy delay that you have experienced.
Thank you for playing with us and please do not hesitate to write back
in if you have any further inquiries. |
