I'm not sure I understand what you mean, but I have 2 guesses
1) the freeroll status you're trying to enter is "seating". If so, tough luck, you're late for the registration period.
2) regarding the above, freerolls usually fill up REAL fast, so you may see the time window to register before it's full may be really slim. Keep the tourney lobby open a few minutes before registration opens and be sure to click fast on the register button when it comes up  |
