$317 approved April 21 (Bank Transfer). I have another $300 I tried to get out through MyWebATM today, but they're apparently having problems with them too.  |

| I made a bank transfer on May 1 of $200. As of today still no money has been received. I have emailed support 4 times now and still haven' gotten a response. |

| I have been waiting for $1,450.00 since April 20th. They have sent me numerous emails regarding the situation. At first after 12 business days it took them 3 days to respond to my email stating it would be an additional 3-5 business days. Now I have 4 different emails from them stating the problems should be resolved by 5/23/08 at the latest. Who knows what to believe anymore. I also have an open claim with the Offshore Gaming Association and they have told me they have gotten nowhere with FTP either not even a response. Now with them stopping all deposits and withdrawals via Bank Transfer one has to wonder if we will ever see our money. At least Pokerstars gave their clients 20%-100% cash on their withdrawals FTP has done nothing. Even the check option was a rpoblem for a friend whom it took a month to receive and since it was not from a run of the mill bank and it was Nevada State Bank there was a 7 business day hold on that so you're looking at 5 weeks even for a check. Needless to say I hope everyone experiences the same thing so this site loses as many players as possible. |

| I have also been waiting since april 26th for a withdrawal that I made. I did recieve an email at the beginning of may that said something about there was a banking problem on there end and they would do there best to get this resolved as soon as possible. I then recieved another email on may 8th claiming that the problem had been resolved and I should recieve my money shortly in my bank account. This of course was followed by another email saying due to my problems they would like to offer me a 300 bonus on my next deposit which I found to be really funny cause why would i ever put more money into a site that I cant get money off of. I cant really believe they are having so many problems because of who is involved with this website but I for one will never put another dime in this piece of **** website... Thanks and beware of putting money on this site cause god only knows how long it will take to get it back if ever. I am currently sending emails daily just to maybe get lucky enough to recieve a response which I will be surprised if I do. I called that tilt pay number but recieved a non english speaking woman who was very unhelpful and all she could do is make a deposit for me not help me get money back so that was a complete waste of time... I would like to give you an update on my situation...by the way thanks for responding to my request this has been helpful.
I sent an email to support a few days ago and got a response today. Basically they say the cashiers will get back to me again...of course they have not.
I send emails everyday to the Cashier no reponse in over a week. Support also said "why dont I request a check in the future"...well **** ..why did they allow my request for an electronic transfer then??? this is getting to be pure BS and Im starting to think this whole site is turning into a scam. Thats too bad I did enjoy playing here. i dont think they need american players now that they have expanded their european player base...we are expendable. No more depositing here..thats it |

| Thanks kiwi but that lame excuse was posted 12DAYS AGO!!!!! I received it myself back then...its pure BS because they can make electronic deposits from the same bank i want my withdrawal to go to instantaneously. Now lets get real..in a given moment are there more deposits electronically or withdrawals..its not close yet those deposits are within seconds and in some cases here as reported we have been waiting 40 DAYS!!!!! |

I'm getting e-mail replies from their support, but it typically takes about 5 to 7 business days for me... and the e-mails aren't helpful. They're just saying to give it more time...
I feel like the situation is going to be resolved, I just am worried that we'll be waiting for quite a while...
I'm assuming a respectable site like Full Tilt wouldn't do its customers wrong, and in good faith I believe we'll be paid out... eventually.
Keep the updates coming, any types of updates that Full Tilt gives anyone so we all can know what to expect. |

| The irony for me is after it took 3 days to receive a response for my initial email now they are at least responding within 24 hours but with the same excuses the last one I gotsaid it is all going to beresolved by Friday of this week but thats also what they said the week before this and the week before that so at this point they have told me the 9 and 16th everything was supposed to be done but here we are waiting once again. I really think at this point they have just stolen our money and there is not much we can do about it. OSGA has told me they will go to extensive steps to help me but we'll see if they respond to pressure I mean at this point the amount of publicity they have that is negative is overwhelming but they don't seem to care. |

What is really going on? I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a bank transfer. I have gotten NO response from anyone. Well that is not entirely true... Security did email me and tell me to stop emailing .
What happened to the 24/7 support that is advertised? |

Hello, somebody told in this topic that there is a phone number. can you write it here so I can call them.
I have just the same story to tell as everyone. I fair about 3,5k USD but my case is not yet as old as some others here. so I will give them a little time. but if I get the same problems as others here I think I have to go public with this issue. maybe that is gona stop their expansure in at least one growing european market. that's not a menace, just a point they should think about. If issues like that go public, there will be a huge damage for fulltiltpoker.
I don't know how to feel now. I stillt believe I will get my money but it's not that funny to be insecure about a bigger amount of money (what it definetly is for me).
As great fulltiltpoker is for playing poker, as weak it is regarding their customer-support. i am very disapointed.

Well i put in a bank transfer on April 29, have gotten 3 or 4 emails saying 3-5 more days, 7-10 more days and as of right now the current email says they are convinced i will get my deposit no later than the 23rd of may. i just feel stupid kinda cuz your waiting for money in my case $1000.00, and there is no way of knowing if you'll even get it. Yeah and the $300 bonus is so stupid, i feel like this whole experience has soured me on online poker altogether! I just want my money!!!!  |

I KEEP HEARING THAT THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED AND THE NEW GUARANTEE DAY IS MAY 23RD. I HAVE 7 TRANSACTIONS TOTALLY ABOUT 3.5 K THAT HAVE BEEN DELAYED SINCE 4/25. I FEEL THAT WE WILL GET OUR MONEY I JUST DON'T KNOW IF MAY 23RD IS THE DAY ANYMORE. I TALKED WITH THE PEOPLE @ INTABILL (eCHECKS). THEY NOW SAY MAY 30TH, SO WE SHALL SEE. I THINK IT IS MORE THERE FAULT THAN FULL TILTS, HOWEVER PSTARS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE ALREADY FIXED IT PLUS DEPOSITED 20% REAL MONEY BONUSES IN ALL OF THE ACCOUNTS. LETS HAVE FAITH!!  |
