So yeah a couple a days ago I went to log into my account to play some poker and I get this gay ass message: The system cannot log you in. Please contact loginsupport@fulltiltpoker.com for assistance. I sent several emails to support since they have no **** # to call and of course no response what so ever.
Anyone have any suggestions to get my money back or log back in somehow... This is **** considering the fact that I didn't do anything wrong. |

| Did anyone else play on your computer? Did you setup another account besides Fully2k? Did you do any transfers with people lately? |

Actually I think one of my roomates tried to setup either an account on my computer or on the same network this past weekend...
That still is a **** reason to lock the account and not give any reason... How soon do you think it will be until I get either a response or access back to my account? |

If you emailed the loginsupport people, I'd guess it might be a couple of days as they investigate. Chances are your roommate might have been up to something shady which triggered an audit.
If you've done nothing wrong, they'll unlock your account and you'll have access to your funds.
Note: The other moderators and I aren't staff members, so our posts aren't official Full Tilt policy, but just observations of past behavior in these situations. |

| I have been trying to log in for 5 days now, and keep getting the same message. Every time I e-mail the, I never get a response. A few of my buddies are having the same troubles. WHAT IS THIS? Its stupid. They don't even tell you why you cant be logged in, or respond to emails, I guess I will just have to go to Poker Stars! |

| cant login, its been 7 days, no reply to 5 emails, i'm done with FT, and they have 150 bucks of mine. seems pretty crooked, I did not violate terms of service, been good member for 4 years. anyone able to fix this problem? how long will i have to wait for an answer?? |

IABoomer, it seems that on FTP, you are guilty unless you can prove your innocence. I have tried for 7 days to get a response, lets face it, they only care about the money and not the integrity of the site. They will be out of business in a couple of years if they lose honest players, all that will be left are the crooks.
There is no reason my account should be blocked, and they dont even acknowledge my request for an explanation. |

It's their site, their TOS that you agreed to. Stop taking for granted that you can play here and realize this is a company that deals with real money. Due to that, they have the necessary precautions in place to safeguard the money they earn and the money of the players on this site.
No response is necessary since chances are it won't be worth me reading. Thank you and have a nice day. |
