Hi, i'll TRY make a long story short, i tried to cash out almost 1K in money from full tilt on my Matt Sheppeck account. I received an email stating that my matt sheppeck account has been closed and that i should use my old account "NaWBs". This "NaWBs" account was another member of my family ( we've never played before or together full tilt can verify that ). Both accounts have different names and are different people, i offered to send in id information etc to get this resolved. I've been very patient and have sent in multiple EMAILS to "24/7" support, not getting a single answer/email/anything back. I was told i could have the funds from my "Matt Sheppeck" account transferred to my "NaWBs" account, however this has not been done. Personally i have NO IDEA why my Matt Sheppeck account was closed considering its MY ONLY ACCOUNT. I would like some type of answer since i can't get one from fulltilts email teams... i've waited 6 days now.. this is getting so annoying.

Have you ever made a deposit? If yes, which account and which payment method you used?

Hi all,
same problem here and I try to make it as short as possible as well.
i tried to cash out 2,5k by credit card i always paid in with. and what a surprise: as soon as you want to cash out, there is a problem. of course a family member is playing as well (more than one account blabla..).what honestly makes me angry is the fact, that full-tilt poker allows to pay in as long as you want. no problem at all. but the "other account" existed as well. but as long as you deposit noone cares. but as soon as you want to make a withdrawal the problems begin. sorry fulltilt team, but as much I enjoyed your site until now, as much i am now disappointed. I never did anything wrong and i never cheated or whatever i could have done.
Now i fear of my money and all of a sudden I almost have to agree to my friends statement: "are you sure onlinepoker is not a huge fake?" hopefully i will ever see my money and maybe i'm gona keep playing here but after that story im not that sure anymore.
can any moderator - or who ever - send me a support phone number, as I do not want to wait ceveral weeks. for me its much money and I do not feel well until I now what happens now.
best regards
a disappointed player.

I deposited via debit card from my checking account, on matt sheppeck, one time. I was finally emailed back but now i must send in my ID for both names and i will not get reimbursed for faxing charges.. ( pokerstars actually sent me 15$ free to cover the 6$ charge i had when faxing them my ID )

I just hope i get my money, it scares me to death that if they didnt email me back i might never get my money or could actually do anything about it.

same thing happened on Party poker a few years ago> I think they getting ready to shut down to US players soon is my guess. Its 21 days and counting for me.... these suckers were advertising on US tv this weekend...they have balls because they haave no intention of letting you cash out. I think it sucks that these high profile players keep promoting these guys..They are greedy just like FTP and will damage the game.they dont give a sh it though and I have zero respect for all of them because they damn well know whats going on.

I tried to get a bank transfer withdrawal, and it still has not shown up. I was "told" that it would take 7-10 business days...Today is business day 13. I'm never gonna see that money am I?

I have gotten withdrawals before with no problems, but this time, I am not having a good experience. Sad

nawbs, I have the exact same situation as you. I hope I don't have to wait as long...But here's my situation, I e-mailed them at around 6 PM on Thursday on an issue about if a friend of mine got a transfer. They respond promptly about 6 hours later stating yes my friend did get the transfer, but then the guy writes me and says we are closing your account because we have reason to believe you have two accounts and thus have shut down your account for that reason. They say in order to get my funds (which was around $1230) that I must e-mail them from the e-mail address of the account shut down and state the username that the money must go to (I didn't want to argue about the accounts, I just want my money), which I did right away. It's Saturday and have not heard one word from them. What I'm mad about is they respond to my other e-mail fairly quickly (which resulted in a shutdown and losing funds) but they don't respond to my e-mail about getting my funds just as fast.
