| Fold. I'd probably also just flat call pre, though I don't know how FR 50NL games play so that may be wrong. |

I agree with HuJwang. Fold. Unless you're up against a real LAG it's just one of those situations where almost their whole range has you pretty much crushed. What do we expect villain to be 4 betting with here? Maybe TT+, AK. Often times against decent opponents we can change that up to JJ+ or QQ+, AK. So three hands have you crushed. One is a coinflip and the other is a split and we have 0 fold equity. Of course we have to consider sometimes it's a bluff but I don't think it's often enough to really come close to justify continuing with the hand.
I usually play 25NL Full ring and I think I would go ahead and 3 bet JJ in this spot at those games. An UTG raise just isn't always that strong and you will get called with worse often. Now once he 4 bets that's different obviously. |

This, except I really doubt that 3-betting is good here despite never having played in these games. |

Just flat pre, 3-Betting JJ from a UTG Raiser in a FR game is bad imo. I'd probably 3-Bet QQ+ and I'm not completely sure what I'd do with AK, probably 3-Bet though. I'm rusty on my FR game.
Now that you 3-Bet, this is an easy fold. He has AK+ QQ+. |
