This is my second blog regarding this -
Why would Epassporte cancel a cash cow like merchant processing for online gambling sites. ?
Well checked internet for recent Epassporte business news - - "Epassporte dropped processing money transfers for ALL online poker sites last month without any warning, at the advice of their corporate attorneys - the reason: US legal repercussions related to transferring money to US banks from offshore internet gambling sites".
Sounds like the Feds are ramping up the pressure - threatening to hold the companies that process the transactions legally accountable..
Also - google search the issue of failed payments from poker sites -
NOTHING... this means the sites are trying to keep this quiet while they scramble to recover from this....
My guess.. either we all get paid - at some point .. or no one will & all payouts to US Banks will be prevented...
Reputation of FTP is on the line here.... they WANT us to be paid... |

| I know most complaints are about bank transfers, but I wanted to inform you all that I received a check from FT today. It was from a different processor than normal, but it was the full amount. Hopefully this is a sign that things have been worked out. GL all. |

Dont worry about it kc. The money is coming and Im sure eventually the banks will prevent these deposits. Then we'll go through another one of these debacles.
I received an email from support ...
We apologize for the delay in replying to you.
Recently we have been experiencing delays in regards to bank transfers
being processed to player's bank accounts. We were assured by our
provider that all delayed bank transfers were being processed and sent
out last Monday continuing through to last Friday until the delay was
cleared up.
Last night we were informed by our provider that it took longer than
expected to get the entire backlog out. They have now assured us that
the oldest bank transfers will start hitting player's bank accounts
tomorrow morning, continuing on through this week and next until all
pending transactions have been processed to the players bank accounts in
the order in which they were received.
We sincerely apologize for the lengthy delay and we hope to have this
matter resolved very soon.
Sincerely,
Ryan

Isn't that just the same thing they have been saying for almost a month now?
I have been waiting since april 14th and I have not been paid yet, also support has not returned my emails in almost a month.
Furthermore I am starting to seriously question the reports of people claiming to have been paid. |

| These people who say that they have gotten their money...well, it's BS. They are paid employees of Full Tilt to post bogus stories of receiving their transfers in order to make us think ours is coming. I am waiting on 2 transfers but I'm not holding my breath. I hate FT and will NOT being playing this site in the future. Sad face for those still playing, unaware of what is going on...I just stumbled onto here today, unaware, though wondering why a transfer I did a month ago still hasn't reached me! Plus, you people keep talking about this "Bonus", but FT has yet to inform me about it...lol Lames asses. |

Full Tilt does not have a support department. They have not responded to
support request in almost a month
As further proof of this the last thread on this topic was mysteriously removed. |

Full tilt is going to great lengths to cover up the fact that they no longer have a support department.
The first thread I started on the topic was deleted
The second was altered and locked after there "plant" said he got an`email
The third was instantly deleted
For the record I have one of the oldest cashouts out there April 14th
I have not been paid and support has not responded to any email in almost a month.
Once a week they send out the same bulk email to different people saying the problem is fixed and people will get paid this week. When will the lies stop
FULL TILT NO LONGER OFFERS CUSTOMER SUPPORT |

people should be able to voice their opinion. People are very concerned about their money, and lack of communication from FT doesn’t help.
I think the banning C for informing people FT doesn’t offer support is F up.
Why don’t FT start answering questions like,
If I withdrew on april 15 for 2200 and on april 19 I made another with draw..is it possible if u can combine the two request…
But of course 20 days later…and still no responds from FT. except some email that doesn’t even answer the question…but its just a cut and paste!!!
So C and every1 has the right to say that FT does not offer support!!!! |

| Just checked my account and nothing deposited...so, I think the few people who reported deposits yesterday are lying SOB's who work for Full Tilt. Also, my email box has nothing in it from Full Tilt this morning...waiting on 2 bank transfers, one over a month old. lol, this sucks! |
