| So is full tilt not approving withdrawals either now? I use the bank transfer method and had no problems withdrawaing and depositing a few times. But now when I try to withdraw I'm denied. I sent an email to the cashier but I thought I'd hear a reponse from her sooner. |

These delays, while outside of our control, are also outside acceptable norms.
We have been working to expedite these delayed transactions using every means at our disposal, including constant communication with our third-party payment processing services.
We are now satisfied that all delayed transfers will be fully processed and all delayed funds deposited in your account within the next 7 days and by Friday May 23rd at the absolute latest.
Once again, we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

Wow now i am pissed I have been patient and waited but you know what... when and if my money clears I am officially no longer a fulltilt customer... outrageous how they string us along delay after delay... |

| Why can't this "tilterrick" guy who is suppose to be from the Full Tilt company not give a better answer to all the questions but rather repeat what Full Tilt has already been saying. I say he has some responsibilities he needs to live up to, and if he doesn't have the answers, then he needs to get off his HIGH HORSE and go looking for them. I'd call the scammers up myself If i had a number, but apparantly that is asking too much from a company with millions of users. Full Tilt is a joke, this forum is a joke, and "tilterrick" is a joke. |

|
|
I have played Full Tilt for over a year. I finally attempted my first withdrawal, an electronic transfer...the site says it should take no longer than 10 days to see the money in your account (already too long)...well,
it's been nearly a month since I initiated the transfer and I still don't have my money.
Don't worry, however. Not only won't you get your money...there is no number you can call to talk to anyone about it. You can email, sure. I sent 27 emails inquiring about my withdrawl over a three week period...I got 2 responses. One told me they were "looking into the problem"...the other said my transaction had processed....
...what a surprise, still no money. I even sent an email requesting a check. No response.
So, not only won't you get your money...you won't get any help or answers about your money. SOUNDS LIKE A SAFE BET TO ME. If you play for real cash...don't expect to see any of it back... |

What FT has told you is what their processor has told them. FT is the middle man in all of this and is relaying that information to us players. All emails that promised a payout on so and so is what FT had expected. The processor then tells them there is more delays and FT is at its mercy. Having to send another apologetic email. This last email of "no later than absolutely May 23rd" is the last. We have to presume that out of all those non-promising emails that THIS is the real one. FT Im sure is fed up with this too. But next week is their last chance. And if we dont all receive by May 23rd this time, the bell will ring and we'll have a winner in the FT vs UIEGA match. We really need these processors to come through for us.
"We are writing to further clarify and apologize for the significant delay"
"These delays, while outside of our control, are also outside acceptable norms"
"We have been working to expedite these delayed transactions using every means at our disposal"
"We are now satisfied that all delayed transfers will be fully processed and all delayed funds deposited in your account within the next 7 days"

| I tried withdrawing $700 from full tilt over a month ago and it has not cleared into my account yet... I have sent many emails over this period, and I have yet to get a response from customer service. This is getting really bad. Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. WTF is going on with our money?!??!?!? |

I used to have an ePassporte debit card that let me make a cash deposit at lunch time, play a bunch of cards, and get cash back before dinner. I had to pay the $35 to epassporte to get the card, and I used it like 5 times, but those 5 times were awesome. As long as the FTP Cashier (cashier@fulltiltpoker.com cc: support@fulltiltpoker.com) processed the transaction promptly, withdrawn funds used to be available to me by ATM immediately.
Now that epassporte is gone, I made my last widthdrawls via Bank Transfer.
I made a withdrawl of $500 on 03-May-2008.
I made a second withdrawl of $1,800 on 08-May-2008
The short story is that I don't have the money still, now passing the 10 business day mark (2 weeks is a really long time, and 3 weeks for a check is no better). Short story is, it sucks. I could really use that money right now.
I say we hold a boycott of FTP Real money play until FTP provides another instant widthdrawl function.
IF YOU CAN TAKE MY MONEY INSTANTLY YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE IT BACK JUST AS QUICK. CREDIT MY VISA CARD OR SOMETHING |

| I also made a withdrawal a month ago and FTP won't reply. They give you the runaround saying that it's the processors fault. If they give the processor the funds it should only take 3-5 days. I used to be an accountant for an online processor. They're holding our cash and keep telling us they were backed up and it has been resolved. The reality is that everyday we look in our bank accounts and mailboxes and we still don't have our money. They don't care because they won't reply to emails. Why do think they don't have a customer service phone number. I won't deposit at FTP anymore cuz I may never get my $$. The only way to get their attention is for people to stop playing and hit them wher it hurts in the wallet by not playing at FTP. |
