Welcome to the forums, KRXIII.
I'm pretty sure it's a felony to play poker for you guys. But, it's one of those laws everybody ignores. I think only one person has ever been charged, and he was actually running an online betting site or something. I could be wrong.
There is a rally in Kent, WA on Wednesday, outside the Maleng Regional Justice Center. Check out the link, and the rally. Looks important. The PPA is suing the state claiming the law against online poker is unconstitutional. A good outcome in WA could lead to legalized poker in all states. Also, Barry Greenstein and Andy Bloch will be there.
