Uh...I've made a total of 8 bank transfers in my history with Full Tilt, the last two have never made it into my checking account! The first missing transfer is from April 20th and the second is from May 4th...both of this year. I have sent two emails to cashier@fulltiltpoker.com with no success, no response, no anything. I have been reading alot of posts here with people having the same issues in the same time frame. Has something happened that I am unaware of or that Full Tilt does not want us to be aware of? I will not be depositing any money in my Full Tilt account until my bank transfer situation has been resolved and a reasonable explanation is given. Any suggestions or advice?

1. Stop playing full tilt
2. Write the gaming commission

3. Tell your friends not to play ftp and advise them to play other sites.

I love online poker, but how full tilt poker handled this withdrawals issue is disgusting: not responding back to emails, not updating, and to top it off not paying. Even if its not full tilts fault for the delayS, they couldve kept us updated. EVen the moderators and site admin dont respond to withdrawal issues in the forum for the last week almost!

UB and Pokerstars... will make you all much happier trust me!

I'm in the same boat, I've sent multiple emails over the past two weeks and haven't received one reply back. Worst thing is they put my account on hold and I cant play until they fix it! Has anyone been able to get ahold of them???

fulltilt is the worst ,since they never respond to my emails and are probably gonna f me out of my money...i hope they lose all their customers.......

Full Tilt does not have a support department. They have not responded to
support request in almost a month

Full tilt is going to great lengths to cover up the fact that they no longer have a support department.

The first thread I started on the topic was deleted

The second was altered and locked after there "plant" said he got an`email

The third was instantly deleted


For the record I have one of the oldest cashouts out there April 14th
I have not been paid and support has not responded to any email in almost a month.

Once a week they send out the same bulk email to different people saying the problem is fixed and people will get paid this week. When will the lies stop

lol Im the supposed "plant" ccarpenter mentioned. Dude, you're freaking out with conspiracies. If your cashout was approved on April 14th, then you'll receive it tomorrow. And likely no later than Thursday. Are you not listening to what FT has been saying? Processor was backed up. ok, so give them time to fix it, and they did. And customer support is not answering any withdrawal related questions. They have other issues to attend to then to answer a million questions of the same topic. And I guarantee you half of those million are probably negative. Support are people like you and me just doing their job and quite frankly they're sick of dealing with the harassments. They want a friendly question to respond to and they will. But this whole withdrawal problem is over with. Now just give them time to catch up.

Just a note to let you all know that I believe full tilt is going to ban me in an effort to cover up the truth about what is going on here.

If you don't hear from me anymore you'll know that is what happened.


I have a cashout from the fourteenth of april and I have NOT been paid. and support does not respond to my emails. this is a fact. others may claim they have been paid, but be wary of them. I have seen some dirty things here tonight since I posted the truth about support not answering an email in over a month. They want to quash free speech and sharing of information, because they don't like what we have to say. and my friends THAT is dangerous and bad.

FULL TILT CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AWFUL. I WITHDREW $$ FROM THEM VIA BANK TRANSFER ON THE 25TH OF APRIL. IT IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. ON THE 7TH OF MAY I STILL HADN'T RECEIVED IT SO I SENT THEM AN EMAIL. THE NEXT DAY I HADN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE SO I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL. THE NEXT DAY I STILL HADN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE SO I SENT ANOTHER EMAIL. LATER THAT NIGHT I STILL HADN'T GOTTEN A RESPONSE SO I SPAMED EVERY EMAIL ADDRESS THEY GAVE. THE NEXT DAY I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE AT 7PM THAT EVENING. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PROCESSOR AND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME I ACCRUED 2 OVERDRAFTS IN MY ACCOUNT. SO LIKE A DUMMY I EXPECTED THEM TO HAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT BY TODAY, SO I WROTE THREE CHECKS YESTERDAY. WELL I JUST GOT ANOTHER EMAIL FOR FULL TILT AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR PROCESSOR AND IT WILL NOW BE 7 BUSINESS DAYS OR AT THE LATEST THEY SAID BY MAY, 23RD.
THEY IGNORED ME THREE TIMES, AND THEN THEY LIED TO ME THREE TIMES. I WILL NOW BE SWAMPED IN DEBT. IT WILL TAKE ME ONE WEEK OF WORK TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR TARDINESS.
THIS SITE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR OF ANY POKER SITE. I SUGGEST ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING TO DEPOSIT FOR THEIR FIRST TIME OR SOMEONE THAT IS GOING TO DEPOSIT FOR THE 100TH TIME, TO RETHINK THEIR DECISION.

I've been waiting a month for my $$ and got that same $300 bonus if I put more money in. Sounds like they're trying to raise cash to payout these withdrawal requests. No wonder they don't have a customer service phone number. BOYCOTT FTP!!!!!!!!!

i tried to cash out $5k, they told me i couldnt cause i had another account(not used for a week) and that they told me the account with $5k was closed down and that i could countinue playing on my other account. week later NOT ONE RESPONSE after several emails. I NEED MY $5k, its really stressing me out. How can they do this? arghhhh driving me insane. When will i get my $5k???? never playing on fulltilt again its an absolute joke! they are stupid losing customers for no reason.
