First off, the topic here should be "penis envy"? What happened? lol. Why did I just read all of this?
Its a great idea for there to be many more people with epass funding to do trades for the profit to help out people with other funds. Why don't More people do it? Yeah, I know all about the charge backs and possible risks, but aren't the risks greater trading poker funds for poker funds? I've heard more about someone trading 2k with another, then having their stars, I-poker, UB, AP, ect ect accounts locked for dealing with a scammer[not all those accounts for one trade, but its happened on every site out there, for example]. The money is laundered or whatever to the traders account or whatever the case be.
You can easily write a e-check, dump money to a legit account, use that legit account[atm at least] to transfer then boom bop you got 300k locked at that site. Happened to me twice last month.
So yeah, why don't more people depo $500 a week on epass then use it to trade and make some money? Is the risk much higher with the epass funding? I know epass is in very high demand, and a killing could be made off it if the chargebacks werent such a problem. Thats ****, a transferee shouldn't be held responsible at all if a transfer gets reversed or chargedback or fraud, thats the sites responsibilty. To find who caused the fraud and get their monies.
Anyways, good nows is most people can't get away with it more than once. You run up a big gambling debt on a CC then try n say it was stolen or something was hacked, might get away with it once. Try it a second time and you will get investigated. Same with bank accounts.
Why not get a system here that records all the succesfull trades? As in, the amount the trades were for. That shows trust right? You can see pmarr has traded 100k or whatever hes done with no scamming, thats all I'd need to see to trust who to trade with. Or even if people had 400 trade points, I'd feel a lot safer knowing that on a $25 trade with them than having to spend 2 hours researching their user names to come up with little information on exactly how many trades and for what amounts they have done[without opening every previous post they have made on each forum they belong to]. So, it should only take 6 months with 5 full time helpers to go through here and add up all the points for the system to start up in effect. |

OK, I'm convinced. I'll do it. I'll load $500 a week on eP like you say and trade it for poker site funds, the market seems to demand about 10% vig right now. I'll work really hard to make sure I don't run into someone who trades with me, then charges back. It will cost me $25 for the load (5%) if I use my credit card, but if I do that, I can trade instantly. I can make a quick $25 this week and do it again next week! I can see what you mean, I'll make a killing!! |

if your serious and will do it tonight, then let me know asap, if not, i am moving my funds over to stars tonight. |

| No, I'm not serious. I'm just pointing out that there's no killing to be made here, and there's no genius idea, sure a guy could theoretically make up to $200/day, but it would take an investment of at least $30,000, because you'd want to load $1K/day for 30 straight days before you could expect a turnaround on your cash. Before the 30 days are up, you could get stuck with a lot of ePass money that you suddenly can't get rid of because all of a sudden Stars and FT might start paying everybody and poof, no more demand for ePass funds. |

| I did the math wrong, I meant $100 day minus fees, that's the max I could make, right? |

| When I had money on cake I'd have sent $500 for even as low as $375 epass. Thats better than sending $500 for $490 on stars or something. |

cali said it was a genius idea for certain traders to load up on ePassporte to make a little money as a supplier of funds to those in need of funds due to the delays in cashouts.
pmarr said it's already been thought of and cali took offense to that and they argued back and forth for about 40 posts.
After a cooling off period, I chimed in with my thoughts from an ePass suppliers point of view. My objective was to point out that nobody can make a killing being a supplier of ePassporte funds because of their limits on loads. I agree that the demand is there, but that demand is mostly temporary.
What would really get me interested is if someone could tell me more about how Moneybookers works. It's true that MB doesn't do poker sites any more for U.S. players, but neither does ePass, yet there's still all this interest in ePass. I know a couple things about MB. They allow loads up to around $9K for a beginner. They allow p2p transfers. Their fees are reasonable. They are cashoutable to one's bank account. I don't know whether there's any debit card that can be attached to an MB account or not. But even if not, an MB cashout to one's bank account might only take a couple of days, rather than a couple weeks or a month as in the case of Stars and FT. |

Wow, amazing thread. I remember watching cali get rubbed out of a final table on Stars a few weeks back, nice to see he's still the bitter little man I remember. Actually, it was pretty entertaining having him there, I enjoy a little table chatter. I even requested a hand history from that tourney after I won just to be able to go back and read some of his meltdowns.
Here's a quick sample:
---------------
calichamp [observer] said, "fck u"
dabrownclown: folds
speedrissr said, "railbird says what?"
lucky121: folds
Uncalled bet (2500) returned to speedrissr
calichamp [observer] said, "(flipping u off from the rail)"
calichamp [observer] said, "dont gg me"
speedrissr said, "(not turning around)"
calichamp [observer] said, "*******"
speedrissr: calls 2500
calichamp [observer] said, "that was not a gg"
speedrissr said, "hahahahaha"
calichamp [observer] said, "*******"
calichamp [observer] said, "i want back in"
calichamp [observer] said, "i want back in"
dabrownclown: raises 10000 to 15000
speedrissr said, "shame to see people throw away a perfectly good white boy like that"
