I purchased a "Vanilla Visa" debit card to make a deposit, I figured if it didn't work I could use it for something else. When I tried to make the deposit, I got a "We cannot process your transacter at this time. Please try again later" message.

Has anyone has any luck with this brand of Visa card? Should I just hunt up an "All-Access" brand of Visa debit card and go that route?

While I don't know of a particular brand of "Vanilla" Visas, I have used prepaid and all access cards, and they work fantastic. You just have to set your contact information, it would help ^_^

I am trying to use a prepaid Visa gift card to deposit money to my account and I get the same message. I even registered the card with all my contact information but I still get the message "We cannot process your transaction at this time."

This has been going on for the past 2 days now, and this is pretty much the only way I can get money on FTP. Has anyone else been having trouble depositing money to their accounts?

Go register the visa on the prepaid site. Use the same address as you do for Full Tilt. Case Sensitive! So there ya go, that should do it.

I went to the debit's card's website but couldn't find anywhere to enter my contact information, even after entering the card #.

Will pick up an "All Access" card tomorrow and post the results.

Picked up an "All Access" Visa debit card today and I was able to make a deposit without any problems. I didn't even have to give the debit card company my contact information. See you at the tables!

Did the Visa have a little ribbon type thing on it? And was the top half red?

"All Access" Cards have been the only card that has worked for me in the past two years since the payment processor shake-up in January '06. All Access Cards are grey, and come in black-ish envelope thingies.

"Vanilla" cards are reddish, and did not work for me two years ago, and I have not gone back to them since. Same deal with "Green Dot" cards, which come in a blackish envelope thingy with a green dot (go figure) on them. There was also another card, I can't remember which brand, but it was visa and had a small picture of a wrapped gift box on it. These did not work either.

Get an All Access Card. They are clearly marked "All Access" on them and can be found at most grocery stores, convenience store, drug store, etc. If they don't have them at the place you normally go to, try the store down the street.
