why deposit, when FT is having trouble paying out. Once you deposit, your money will be stuck. as of 05/05/08.

its been about almost a month and i still havent rec my
check has anyone experienced this before?
I contacted ftp support several times about this and all they tell is
write us in 5-7 days
then the second time is wait 7 more days

i contacted the cashier support and they said they are investigating the processor right now to wait a week and they will have an answer?

its been about a month now and still no straight answers!!!

Why are the giving me such a hassle and why arent they trying to fix it
there answer for everything is wait 7 days........

post if you have had this problem and how did full tilt resolve this issue......

first batch of payments started shipping out today, so about 3 days from now some people should start getting money. everyone should start recieving funds late this week or early next week

even heard of one guy who is waiting for 5 checks got his first one today

I've been having the same problems with my withdrawl now. It's been about two weeks since the approval. I've sent an e-mail evey day now for the last 14 days and haven't even gotten one e-mail back.

Has any one made a sucessful withdrawl???

Like everyone else, I've been waiting almost a month to receive my money from Full Tilt. Someone at FullTilt needs to define 24/7 support for me, I've sent several emails in past week and NO REPLYS from support, seems the bigger full tilt gets the worse they treat the players.

So Ive waited almost a month like the rest of you... I had 2 withdrawals on the 14th and 15th respectively... They have processed the one from th 15th but never any word from the one on the 14th... This has to be the poorest example of customer service.... No phone number... no replies to emails ... what a shady nightmare. I play on Stars now.

i withdrawed with neteller. but i still haven't got it.

on the site they said 24-48 hours and its like 55 hours after now or so.

is that because its sunday or they just don't pay it?

anyone got this problem also with neteller?

Hello All;
I like many of you are have a problems with withdrawals From FTP, especially the lack of communications. So I decided to go up the food chain. I contacted the kahnawake Gaming Commission, the organization that underwrites the ability to do online gaming for FTP. The website address is http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/. I filed a complaint on the complaint drop down box. and explained that thousands like me are getting the run around. I recomend we all do this. They can put pressure on Full Tilt to be more responsible with their customers good will and money. Further more they have a vested interest not to see us go to other gaming sites.

Here is an excerpt from Kahnawake's Gaming responsibility requirements:

The Regulations are designed to ensure that all interactive gaming and gaming related activities conducted within or from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake satisfies three basic principles:

That only suitable persons and entities are permitted to operate within Kahnawake;

That the games offered are fair to the player; and

That winners are paid.
