On average I get a reply every 5-6 days which is very poor. Ive played on several poker sites, all of which had at least phone support yet I bet these sites were not making as much money as full tilt. I think a bit of common sense needs to be used here and get some phone support.

I have been waiting 5 days with no email back, this does suck teh ballz.

Also, it is funny to me that there is FTP fanbois running around the forums. LOL

This site is completely worthless. I will never give this crappy site another dime of my money. There is no way to contact via phone and they don't respond to e-mails. I've waited over two weeks for my withdrawl, which is over 10 business days. They take your money in two seconds and then don't give it back. I will never play on this site again! I can't even get an answer as to when I will get it or where is it. Completely Low Level, GET A CLUE FULL TILT, GET A F&^&NG CLUE

my account is closed with over 13k in it and been over 24 hours since i emailed ftp..they did respond once right away the firs ttime but for my second email to them it's been over 24hours...i'm hoping it's because they don't have support working on sundays..i don't know

I agree that full tilt has terrible customer service. I'm finished with them. They have $500 of mine that should have been desposted back into my account 3 days ago. They have also messed up my limits. I am not over my limits but they won't let me deposit. Great then I won't give them anymore of my money but I would like the money they owe me back. I have decided not to play on their site any longer.

I think all of the pros they have backing them up should be told how bad their service is and that they should be supporting other poker sites that have quality customer service.

This site has no customer service. On their main page they claim a 24/7 support center they have no live admins, hosts or moderators. I have a friend who won some money and was approved for checking account withdrawal 10 business days ago. Since then he has sent several letters concerning his money and has recieved no response from the full tilt staff. It's annoying how a site is so easy to take your money, rake it from a pot or offer pop-up windows showing how you can get bonuses on your deposits. When it comes to taking your own money however, it seems that they don't care about the individual or person and fail to respond to emails or concerns involving peoples money. It is a known fact that half of their processing of checking account withdrawals fail. Then people have to resort to a check which will in total take you about a month to get your money but claim quick withdrawal options. Ever since other options of depositing or withdrawal were revolked by the US government, it seems that this site has hit complete rock bottom in handling peoples money. Shouldn't full tilt be penelazied due to the fact they offer their guaranteed payment of your money late. This site can be compared to a used car salesman, it may look fancy with pros, big names and fancy logos guaranting bonuses, but the truth is that all they desire is YOUR money.

I have made 3 withdrawls from FT all via bank transfer. I received one but the other 2 have not been deposited and its been 2.5 weeks. This is a joke I hope they dont screw me. They also refuse to answer my emails. THEY SUCK

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to pursue finding my money. I made a withdrawal 17 days ago for $1k, I opted for the Bank Transfer to my account, the money was immediately debited from my playing account and I received both a confirmation and an approval email for the withdrawal request. Needless to say, I still do not have my money and I have sent FT email support 4 messages in this matter and they have not even contacted me back. Am I mixed up in the middle of a FT scam, does anyone have an idea on how I can get ahold of them. The next step will contact attempts from my attorney... I'm Frusterated at how a company so large and profitable can mess with the prize of learning and winning and have such horrible support..

FULL TILT IS THE BIGGEST JOKE ON THE PLANET FOR COUSTOMER SERVICE. BAR NONE! I CASHED OUT 23 DAYS AGO NOW VIA E CHECK ITS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 3-5 DAYS. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD HAVE IT STRAIGHT BY MONDAY ITS NOW WENSDAY AND THEY WONT EVEN RETURN MY E MAILS. SO WHO EVER THE CRACK HEAD IS THAT MAKES EXCUSES FOR THIS PIECE OF **** SITE SHOULD BE RUN OVER BY A FN TRUCK!!!!!!!!!!!1

I'm in the same position. Their customer service absolutely sucks. I have three pending withdrawals for over 1K from as far back as 4/19(18 days ago), and they were supposed to get me status this past monday on what the delay was. I sent them emails on Monday night, last night, and this morning, inquiring about status, and still have not heard a peep from them. Looks like I'm going to be playing on Pokerstars from now on. That's the only way to get a horribly run company to change their ways-- go to their competition, and urge as many people as possible to do the same. When they start to lose marketshare, which WILL happen(business 101), then we'll see changes being made.

Yeah, I agree with you guys. I've withdrawal my money back on April 18, on the website, it said your money will be transfer withins 7-10 days. Now it has been 20 days and I haven't recieve my money. Therefore, I email Ft and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I don't know what are they thinking they think that this is fake money or something? This site is a joke...

I withdrew 2300 on Apr 18 through the bank. Supposed to take 7-10 business days, but after several delays "outside of their control" thats what they wrote in the emails, what balls. I was sent another email saying that it was finally proccessed on Apr 6 and that it would be there in 3-5 business days. Guess what today is the 5th business day, NO MONEY WTF FULL TILT.
