| Has Hoyt Corkins ever been on the list? I seem to remember wanting to choose him, but not being available. Maybe that was 2 years ago. |

Yes! Thank you FT! I didn't notice it last year until we were half way thru the series so I wanna jump on this as soon as its open. When can we start making picks? How about we add Kevin Saul, Bill Edler, Tom Dwan, Dario Minieri....thats all I can think of right now. I guess you could go thru the DB at cardplayer and pick the people making the biggest splash lately.

I believe Edler is already on the list, but Minieri is a definite madman to keep notice of on the toteboard, as is K Saul.
And, of course, Honest_Rob.
....and Kenny Tran |

FYP.
Is the list actually out yet?
If not then I'm pretty sure Kirk Morrison, Michael Binger, Kenny Tran, Sorel Mizzi and all the others who've made a big impact in the past 2 years will be there. Is Tom Dwan going to play many events or is he just going to be there for the cash games?
Isaac Baron isnt 21 yet it he? |

Kirk Morrison is already there. He did quite well for me last year.
Mizzi is there, too.
Michael Binger didn't do much between the final table of the ME in 06 and the beginning of the WSOP 07 so was shortsheeted a bit like Lesandro.
Tran with a K was mainly a cash game player until he got doe eyed before the cameras in the 07 HORSE event.
Dwan is having a super year in the tourneys with the WPT, Aussie Millions and Borgata finishes. His bankroll can more than handle a number of entries at the WSOP.
Isaac Baron turns 21 on July 10th, missing the opening of the ME by a week.
Last year, the announcement for Fantasy Poker was over a month before the WSOP started. The list on page one of this thread was made following the announcement.

That's pretty annoying. I missed out by 3 weeks last year and my schedule was pretty much free to have gone. Almost no chance of jumping on a plane this year cos of too much work |
