Are players allowed to chat in their native tongue (not english) at the tables?
How do I turn in a violator if I am stuck with |

| English is required at the tables, unless it is a tournament or game that is exclusive to a particular country. |

I use http://babelfish.altavista.com/
Just copy/paste the chat log into that. It's great when people think they can talk about their hands and all the English only guys are going to never know.
