i did deposit maximum and i couldnt deposit anymore only after like 60 days..then i used my wifes account and deposited so i can play...they closed second account and my money is in the air..somewhere...didnt get an answer yet from support.i didnt cheat or s h t like that ,only used one account at once the one that had money.if i was to cheat im sure i wouldnt have had to deposit k's of $ and run out of deposit room.but it sure takes a long time for them to answer, and makes you think that they didn't get your e-mail..thats what is so frustrating.i am 100% sure that they DON'T steel your money...it is just a long process..it is your choice if you consider playing here or not in the future....i made mine.....

Its called a contract and more fool you for not understanding before handing over your money.

They tell/give you all the information you need to know before signing up, its not their problem if your to damn lazy to read it.

Don't you love these posts about players having multiple accounts. They all think that FTP can't see the different accounts. Then they complain because of their own fault.

why would it be possible to create a second account if it's against the rules. It seems that would be easy to stop with software.

A second account would be an account you have with your name and address. So your roommate and you can have individual accounts without causing a problem. But, if you forget your login information, don't just add a new account for yourself.

Most poker rooms have rules against multi account users, if you can't remember your login details it would probably be best to email support and ask for help.

By opening a second account, you have breached the contract and the poker room is able to ban you permanently and seize the assets in you account.

Good luck getting it sorted out Wink
