I have e-mailed them twice in the past four hours trying to get them to cancel my withdrawal so I can play in a 9pm tournament. I thought they would want my money?

I can understand with most places it takes a while to respond to e-mails, but since this is their only source of customer service they should be able to get back to you within the hour.

How do I get their attention?

Yes, I e-mailed cashier. "24/7" support is only 24/7 if you respond at all hours. What kind of business can you not get in touch with a representative immediately when you need to?

Yea, you would think having such a button would save THEM trouble also. Crazy FullTilt has gotten so big they really don't even need my blinds or tournament entries. This site is a cash cow.

If you have funds at another popular site then you could probably do a trade in order to get enough cash on FT to play the tourney you want to play. That is assuming the tournament has not already started.
