| Most people have the name of the artist under the work if they didn't do it themselves. Sometimes people get bored and do them for free. Other times a little carrot (money) will bring out the artists. |

| It's also helpful if you can offer up some idea as to thematic elements, colors, etc. that you'd like. Otherwise, it's taking a shot in the dark as to if the person will like the design or not. |
