Hi Michael, I enjoy your Blog and have it sent to my Google homepage - Great job.

I was wondering (and I know how this sound) the graph that you use to show Chris Ferguson's progress is in dollars. Perfectly understandable..... but it does a GREAT disservice to Chris. There is another type of graph that's called a logarithmic graph which would show just how good of a player Chris really is. Chris will know about this type of graph. Basically, instead of dollars the graph would show percentage gains and losses.

Why is this better: Let's say Chris has $100.00 bankroll and builds that to $200.00, a $100% gain in his bankroll. Pretty good job. But what if Chris has $600.00 and increases his bankroll by the same $100.00, that's only a 16% increase. But yet it would show on your dollar chart as the same increase. This would also be true with any set back in Chris's BankRoll. A easy example let say Chris makes the $1,000,000 bankroll. And he losses $100,000. That's only a 10% drop, but it would be HUGE drop on your chart.

We could also see how well his BankRoll management is working. Plus we would see, based on the volatility of Chris's BankRoll, why Chris is one of the top 10 players in the world.

I might be the only guy in the world who would enjoy looking at this chart. But, if you could mention it to Chris and see what he thinks and maybe add it -- well it would make my Chrismas. I know - I have to get out more... : - )

Why dont you do it? All you would have to do is crunch the data yourself. Im sure its out there somewhere.

Im just happy Chris Ferguson posted the chart,as what he did is an highly commendable feat, and takes ALOT of patience and stamina.Although seeing the graph you speak of I am familiar with and that would be enjoyable to look through as well.Anyways Mr.Ferguson accomplished quite a feat and maybe he'll take it way further!
