Kudos to you cubbies for being a bigger person and suggesting we move on.

Sorry for my offensive PMs and posts. I will tone it down in the future. I didn't realize I had po'd this many people. I understand that my behavior was inappropriate.

I'd like to be on a friendly basis with you all because I respect your games immensely and very much enjoy matching wits in the MBJ.

Others sometimes joke around about how they're going to win and what not...I hope we can all tolerate gentle ribbing and jokey bragging. I think I understand now the distinction between such good-natured showmanship and nasty, callous behavior and will be sensitive to this distinction from here on out.

Anyone who can win an MBJ season deserves bragging rights and can talk a little smack. I really think Phoenix is headed down that path as this seasons 1st place champ. His recent posts seem genuine enough to me, and his poker skills have been proven. Im glad some of you have cleanslated your differences, so now we can get back to the 2nd half of the season this sunday and exchange friendly blows Smile

Hope more people start showing up again in the future weeks...in a 17-person tourney, anything less than like 3rd kinda sucks for the points total.

In the future, maybe the points system could be changed. I play in a live circuit with friends and we try to make the points system in such a way that like 5th in a 9 person game is similar to like 8th in a 15 person game. We do make higher finishes count for a little more when we have like 12 people out vs. like 6, but also try to adjust every other spot.

I'm maybe just being a baby, but 6th out of 17 is like 20th out of 31 and that doesn't really seem right to me. Your points should be based more on the percentage of players in the tourney you outlast, not just the absolute number you outlast.

Just a suggestion. Still loving the series and my 6th place shot me into 1st overall. Woohoo! Not sure it'll last though, I tend to crack under pressure.
