I know some of the most helpful players peruse this forum. I logged out of FTP this morning and just now tried to log back in and it kept telling me invalid ID or Password. So, I went to the "forgot password" button to have an email sent to me with a new temp one. That one gives the same response. I rinse and repeat and the second temp password also does not work. Is there an issue with the login screen at this time or is something simply not right with my account that I need to be very concerned about? I've emailed support but they usually aren't quick to respond and I am over here biting my nails at why I cannot login. Sorry for the off topic question I hope someone can help.

Caps lock? Most passwords are case-sensitive, so something as simple as a caps lock could keep you from logging in successfully.

yeah no dice there, still not working. I wrote an email to support and password@ftp, just eagerly awaiting some sort of help. It's kinda nerve racking being unable to login.

Well just to let anyone know who was wondering, be careful using e-checks if they are an available deposit method for you. My account is closed and they will not tell me how to reopen it, 6 hours and no response back. They did say it was regarding my last e-check deposit. Apparently I deposited $50 twice, and the second one got rejected by my bank. I went to look at my bank statement and low and behold it was registering as a "returned check". They even slapped on a $35 NSF fee. So now I have to make sure my bank knows this was an e-check that I only did one time and I have to try like heck to get my account back from FTP who I insisted to that this was an honest mishap that was completely unbeknownst to me. Anyway, wish me luck.

Hi Acey...
How did everything go with FTP? I had a chargeback on my account as well and it has been HELL getting my account reopened. Mine was actually a bank error...but yes they shut my account down without notification until after it was done. They emailed me and told me what I needed to do to have my account restored and that was taken care of right away. Two days later I get an email that my account will be restored in 2 business days. Meanwhile, I missed my gold iron man tournament, the one a day freeroll, and i can't work on my year end bonus. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...so yep still today here I sit just a girl waiting for her account to get reopened. Rolling Eyes
