| my cousin thinks that they closed his account and he had real money on it, is it possible to get that money transfered to another player? |

If it's a multiple account, I've seen that they close all except the original account, then email that original account for instructions on how to unlock the funds.
If it's locked under investigation, it takes about 2-3 weeks to resolve, sometimes longer.
In any case, a gentle email to support is in order.
Please let us know how it turns out. |

| Ok here is another ?... he has tryed to logon to his account and it stats they are unable to and to email loginhelp@ftp has anyone else had any issues with this today |

| That means his account is locked and possibly under investigation. Under no circumstances should you allow him to convince you to "help" him out and let him try to log in from your computer. Nor should you attempt to log into your account from his computer. This will cause your account to fall into the same investigation and be locked as well. |

| cousin actually had tryed to log onto his account from my pc in which they locked mine, he did find out why they locked his up, it was because he transfered money from his account to his wifes and was playing under that name, so they wanted him to send info to verify who he is and what not, he has done so and its been 2 weeks, my account is still locked as i had to send my info to them which has been almost 2 weeks still no answer from them as to why my account is still locked! i have real money on there and was reading that they can take your money if your caught using more then one name however i didnt do that so i guess my days at FT are done, all i have to say is that suspending my account because i allow someone to try and log onto thier account from my computer is **** |
