know but heres my train of thought...
i figured if i limped in and and the '2' to my left folded i showed more than enuf strength to take the pot away from the shown 'j' and 'k'....that much showed to be true for the jack but the guy just kept callin....
i dont know if i was in the right to do that....maybe i shoulda folded...but i still think it wasnt a bad play on my part...
maybe im wrong |

Normally, you're right. But look at the other player's door cards. Six of the eight other up cards are higher than his highest down card, and he's showing a 5. It's worth a look.

i agree with the complete on third, but more than that...
if he calls, i'd try to bet once more and if he calls, check/fold... he's going to have 2 hole cards 5 or less... (in this case he had A3) your rough 9 is going to lose most of the time. |

Do you mean hero should check/fold 5th st? When the villain hit a Q? When the hero is a 3:1 favorite to win the hand? Or maybe you meant on 6th street when the hero is a mere 2.5:1 to win the hand? That kind of "discipline" is the kind that will get you spanked with a paddle. |

| Razz always seemed like a bet your butt off and hope game lol. Im new at the game but from what I can see there is no skill involved. I have won some and lost some. I won a $4800.00 hand and I had 1,2,3,4 showing. Two other players were betting and raising each other in a betting frinzy. I just sat there and called all of there bets and raises and smiled. I had an A in the pocket. When I got the pot one of them got very abusive to me in the chat. I told him my hand was right there for all to see and he had continued to raise. He said he didn't even notice another player was in the hand with them? I really got a laugh out of all this. |

Wow, where did you win this $4800 hand? If it was online I'd love to see the hand history of it. If not, how can I get invited to this game? I have way more "luck" at this game than most. |

| You bet 7th with a 9. He's drawing to an 8. He's only calling with a hand that has you beat. You should've showed 7th down. |
