Online Poker Forum - Careful!!! Full Tilt suspended my account and won't return my $400 or even tell me why?!

Full Tilt suspended my account... and the only reason I know this is because when I tried to sign on a few days ago, I got a pop up that said my account has been suspended and to contact support. I have now contacted support 7 times without one response. I have between $380.00 and $400.00 in my account. My e-mails were pleasant and never accusatory or threatening... though in one of the later e-mails I did mention that I would have to seek legal counsel if they did not even acknowledge me or tell me why they suspended my account. On top of all this, there is no possible reason (barring mistaken identity or some other sort of mistake) that my account could have been suspended. I have never colluded in any way.. or even thought about it. I really don't know what exactly your account can be suspended for... but I do know that I do nothing more than sit at my computer and play. I don't know who reads or moderates these forums... but I figured if I posted my problem here (where everyone can see it) that maybe then they'd consider responding to me. $400 dollars may not be a lot to many of you... but I'd certainly like to have it back.

Heck, most of the people who matter at full tilt are out there playing cards and making millions at it.

Honestly, do you--for one second--think that they give a hoot about your measley four hundred dollars?

I don't think that their intention was to steal $400 dollars from me, that would be silly. Further, I don't think they care too much about one customer's business at the stakes I play. I think they may have awful customer support and no regard for the customer. I don't think they care enough to look into it. If any effort were exerted towards trying to figure this out, they would see that they made a very obvious mistake or that they have the wrong person. There is nothing about my play, history on their site, or anything at all that could even be construed in a way that would make me a candidate for suspension.
Back to the reason I post these messages at all. I said earlier that I don't believe they care about any one average person's business.. and they probably don't.. but if my bad experience can make some others weary about having their money in the hands of Full Tilt, then it's not just my business anymore. Word of mouth is what keeps good businesses in business and bad businesses out of business.

I've had the same thing Happen to me aswell. I opened an account last month and I deposited $130. I l lost that and deposited another $175 after the new year. I won a few Sit and Go's and made second place in a multi table and decided to cashout $525 and leave myself about $300 in there to play with. My friend had opened up an account there and I transfered him $30 which got declined, and then on Tuesday night I tried to log in and it said my account has been suspended. I've tried contacting them with over 8 e-mails in 48 hours and still no response. I just want to know what I did wrong or if I did something wrong at all. I feel like there is no respect to the customers and soon they will loose alot of people if this keeps going on. I just want some kind of closure of why this has happened. I know I have $300 in there and that is alot of money to me. FTP if your reading this I hope you understand that you guys are hurting yourself, that is why people will always go back to the biggert Sites like PARTY & STARS because they know they will be treated fairly. Thanks

I know support is horrible answering emails, but do they have an 800 phone number to call???

They have no Phone support, which is a joke. Anyways It's been about 40 hours since I first e-mailed them, do they have one person for support?
