i am very disappointed that fulltilt refuses to email me!!!!
this is distressing that they locked me out of my account, and neglected to even email me the reason why...and now will not respond to my emails...
this is quite **** customer service!!!

I have been locked out of my account since October 13. I have emailed support@fulltiltpoker.com every week since, and all they tell me to do is to stop emailing them.
You cannot get a lick of information out of them as to why your account has been locked, nor can you facilitate the process by coming to a resolution, since they will not listen.
From a customer that has thousands of dollars currently locked in their account, I recommend that you get your money out and switch to a different online poker site with better customer service. My recommendation has the name of a common household pet in it.
If a full tilt administrator reads this, please help out your customers as they are losing faith and loyalty in this enterprise. |
