I started with [KdJd]Ah however two queens and two tens are showing.

I didn't play the hand.

Very Happy , Sad , or Shocked ?

It depends on a lot of factors. How many diamonds are out? How many Ks and As are out? What is your position in relation to the bring in? Has someone completed already?

The strength of this hand leans more toward your chances of hitting a high two pair or a well hidden diamond flush. Whether they are dead or not, its going to be hard to catch the Q and the T perfectly for broadway anyway.

I think this is one of my weaknesses in stud. The correct play is probably to fold, but I know that I'd see at least 1 more card.

The queen and Ten of diamonds were both showing, no aces or kings (that I remember) and I was second to act after the bringin, and the skill level was good (meaning that enough players knew that two queens and two tens were out).

Well, with two diamonds out, your flush possibility is weak. The dead Qs and Ts kill your str8 possiblility. So our hand plays well with as few opponents as possible. If you are going to play the hand, completing here is the right play with an A showing. The players with the Qs and Ts are less likely to play thier hand knowing some of their cards are out.

If you can't complete with this hand, then fold. But your As and Ks are live here, so i definitely think its a hand worth playing for a complete. And with a complete in EP with an A showing, i think you'll get some respect here.
