Word is, stud and stud/8 have become a virtual desert as far as hand history and topics. I think I'll try to change that a little. there are more to
follow as i have 150+ hands to cruise thru from last nights session. But a number of these situations involve multiway pots [and bizarre conversations] due to the limits.

I think you should raise 6th street, other then that I like the way you played the hand out. Just calling down w/ a boat at this level is losing a bet. If you raise 6th, bet 7th and get raised you have to call due to pot odds and will be good more then often enough. At a higher limit game however you'd have to raise 6th and check behind on 7th or just call a bet.

Thanks for the advice slick... you just don't run into situations like that often in stud or stud/8. With this group, i tend to be one of the agressive ones, but we're all friends and the yakking goes on and on, so i try to
stay at least a little cautious. I visited w/ all the regulars who stopped by
last night and still made 1.90 after 2 1/2 hrs.

after extensive digging, i couldn't find anything else that stood out from monday night's session. i play w/ these guys at least 2-3 times a week.
