Can we also designate the time between each blind raise and the starting chip stack amount?

What is the structure of a private tournament, what are the starting chips and blinds? Also how far in advance do you need to send your information in before your tournament? Can you set up weekly tournaments for a set time, ie 10 weeks?

Yes, there are quite a few other things that it would be nice to know the answer of. Such as wat all you can/can't change (turbo, double stack, blind structure, etc.)

The following is what I have gathered from reading the forum and looking in the private tournaments listings, not from personal experience.

Minimum fee
50c for a normal tournament
$1 for a DS tournament
$3 for a SS tournament

Also, a general rule of minimum fee is 10% prize pool contribution. However this isn't a hard rule, becuase $24+$2 tournaments (that allow token entry) are permissable.

A $23+$3 (or token) is also a valid option for a superstack tournament.

I have seen $14+$1 tournaments listed, and that matches some of Full Tilts regular tournaments, so I don't know if this is a valid option for everyone, or a special exception (perhaps for an affiliate partner).

I have also seen someone claim that it costs $25 for a freeroll, so if you want a true freeroll it might be possible for that price.

A heads-up tournament is possible, but it is not handled in brackets - so as matches can begin with uneven chipcounts.

I just want to add that FTP also lets you run private freeroll tournaments if the prize pool is $25 or more. Thought some of you would like to know that. Cheers!

No, you can't have play chip private tournaments, but you can have freerolls with a minimum $25 prize pool. Could you add this please, GripHoldOn?
