How do I find out how to troubleshoot problems I'm having.
I've been playing for about 2 weeks here, and the network performance has been flawless until this weekend. From Friday on, I've been having frequent lock ups or freezes on the tables.
In a couple of cases, I've gotten folded out with the best hand, which is frustrating as I'm sure you all understand.
What I can I do to regain confidence in the software? |

| This happens to me when I press the 'Info' button at the top left corner of the table window. So now I just press the 'Lobby' button to see how I'm doing during a SNG or tourney. |

I thought I was the only one who had that problem. |

| I have had Full Tilt freeze up on me more times than I can count, almost to the point where I am considering going back to Party Poker. Very rarely does it occur when I'm out of a hand, and most often happens when I'm on the potential winning end. My internet connection never wavers, but Full Tilt says I am disconnected. Support suggested updating my Windows, which I did, but the problem still occurs. Would be interested in getting an idea of how common this problem is. |

Now you see, this is a typical support response. Saying something is wrong with your version of Windows that needs updating. I'd bet you a dime to a dollar, if you went to the Windows support people, they'd put it right back on Full Tilt.
(not that anyone needs to go to Microsoft Support at $30.00 a pop) |
