WW you D? Why? What would you do on the turn based on what could happen on the flop and what card comes on the turn.

Just thought I would spark some discussion

Most of the time I'll check, but once-in-a-while I'll bet it out, especially at a tight table. At the tight table I can guess that the SB missed the flop. The good player may have hit the flop with a low pp, but odds are they didn't. If I bet it out and they have over cards they'll likely fold figuring that as the BB my rags caught a piece of the flop and they're behind.

6-max is far from the typical game I play, so I'm probably not aggressive enough. Given no reads, I'm taking the bet/fold line and give the solid player a chance to fold. SB will usually fold afterward.

For the turn it depends:

- If called by both players: Shut down on the turn unless I improve. SB likes the hand enough to stay in a small pot and may just be trying to improve on the turn as well. The solid player isn't buying anything you're trying to sell. I don't see aggression here knocking both players out.

- If called by just the SB: I fold to an opening bet, and I take a Bet/Fold line against a check. I plan to re-evaluate on the river if I'm just called here.

- If called by only the solid player: Unless I've improved, I'm probably going to check/fold. I made my stab at it, and there's not much left to do. With the solid player limping, there's plenty of feasible hands that s/he'll call you down with. Save the bet.

What limits are we talking about? Betting here in the lower limits such as $1/$2 is just throwin money away.

It would all depend on what type of limits we are playing

If its higher limits and a tighter table I would bet and try to take the pot right there.

But if it was a lower limit game I would check and get ready to throw my hand away if I dont hit something. But if I had some amazing tell on the soild player i might think about betting.
