A friend of mine received an email five and a half hours after having her ip addy banned. My friend is turbobaby. When she couldnt log on I attempted to do so for her, and what do I get I get the boot too. Well first off she waits the five and a half hours to have them tell her that she can no longer log into the site for they have investigated her being involved in problematic situations or involved with problematic players. Well the only thing I have to say is that this is a bunch of crap. The only thing I have ever seen her do is win, she is a very good player. Evidently there are a couple players going around telling everyone that we all cheat. First off if we were playing money I could see how that would be a big problem and second off how can you cheat online with someone else. Its a bunch of crud, I am a card chaser myself so even if she were sitting here telling me what she had and bet big I wouldnt care to say the least for one they are fake chips and two like I said I chase cards. I dont care what everyone else is holding, if I think I have a good hand I will call or if I am waiting on something I will call. Its plain and simple someone gets mad at someone for something really retarted and then they proceed to report that person and then this happens. Now I cant as well get into my account because as soon as I attempted to log into hers it automatically banned my ip. I really like playing on this site and have a lot of friends on here as well, heck I play all day and all night everyday because I dont have a life, so I am really upset about this and will be the first one to tell you I will not tell any more of my friends that like to play poker that this is a good site and will be telling my friends that are on here what is going on unless this gets straightened out. There is a certain someone that has been running people off the site because of him being rude and a jerk and he knows who he is and he thinks he is the fulltilt god at the tables. As for support goes they are supposed to be on 24/7 but it takes forever to get a reply. And I would send a email to support about this but have already sent 10 emails and still no reply.

I know what you are talking about, I've emailed them at least 15 times the last two days with no responce,
