Well, couple months later after requesting more play S&G and still have to play "quickest fingered mouse" to get into a 2k or 10k S&G. I never even heard from an official rep from the site, just the forum pros. After spending countless hours and dollars on the site, this is the thanks we get. That's pretty darn sad.
How about a very simple waiting list so we can go about our other tasks and not have to sit and wait for the crumbs to drop, huh?
Sincerely,

I think this is a very good idea. I've had the same problem with S&Gs.

Well, play money is in blue, and has no rake or dollar sign. Fairly self-explanatory, really (eg, the buy in will say 100, not $100+$9).
As for not being user friendly, what can't you find? Everything is in labeled tabs at the top - quite simple, really.
And I can understand them not really caring about the demands of play money players. Those are not the players that spend "countless hours and dollars on the site" - only countless hours. The site gets nothing from them, and the demands of real money players understandably come first. While I understand that some play money players (such as myself, actually) eventually graduate to real money, the site has just too many real money players to take care of to take time for the play money right now. And I for one don't really blame them. |

I'm sorry Jaconda, but if Full Tilt thinks it shouldn't have to worry about satisfying the free players, then I think you'll find that a lot of free players will choose to go elsewhere with their money. I play a lot of free money games in order to have a chance to improve my game without the worry of going broke. When I have the money to put in my account I do so and see if I have learned anything. But if Full Tilt is basically saying "scr** the free players," then I may seriously consider not adding money to my real money account.
Not to belabor the point, but I honestly believe that any business has to consider the needs of ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS, no matter how much they spend at any given time. Tick off one or two, they tell one or two, and so on, and suddenly thousands of people are going elsewhere. If Full Tilt doesn't want to have to worry about the demands of the free money players, then maybe it shouldn't have that option available at all.
As for the play money SNG situation, I know that a lot of the problem I have with getting into one is my dial-up. Unfortunately, cable/DSL/etc connections in my area are quite expensive because only one company currently offers them. I have the same problem at Party Poker (where I play occassionally just for a different feel), so it is not just Full Tilt.
I know none of the above really helps someone who is trying to get into an SNG, but my point about Full Tilt not really worrying about the free players was my main objective for posting this anyway. |

| I believe that most play money players will sooner or later deposit money onto this site, if they like it. You have to take care of your potential customers. Make the play money people happy and you will most likely see more real money players. Just my two cents. |

From dictionary.com: cus·tom·er Audio pronunciation of "customer" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (kst-mr)
n.
1. One that buys goods or services.
Hence, play money players are potential customers. Again, while important, right now the site has plenty to work on to help people that already have money on it. The rest should come second. |
