I, like many US players, had to leave Doyles Room. I had some luck there, and transferred a starting bankroll to Full Tilt, which arrived. However, a substantial amount was to be sent to me directly. First, DBPN informed me that checks could no longer be sent (1 to 2 weeks after they confirmed the check was sent). When I contacted them they recommended an ACH transfer to my account. I gave them the details and now 2, going on 3, weeks have passed without recieving payment. I have been in constant contact with them via Email, and the "manager chat" wherein they maintain (each time) payment will be made within 48 hours.
I need some HELP. How do I escalate this beyond the DBPN Accounting Manager, who appears way too inept to resolve this with me? I have asked them for contact information of the managing director of DBPN but they will not respond with anyone's name.
How can I get some action? |
