Seeing that betting pattern, its possible that he was betting a flush draw after the flop. When he hit the flush on the turn, he slowed down hoping someone else would catch up. Awesome read putting him on the str8 flush, because I certainly wouldve had the faith in my floped boat like you did, and not have thought twice about it. Goomlah put it best: Tough to fold a hand like that

To be honest, i think i could fold there. Granted, i would be more worried about the 99 than the T8d, but still a fold there. What else would he bet the rest of his stack with on the river at this level?? If it was the $10 buyin table, i'd call it, but at this level, i probably fold. When he called your turn bet, he either had the str8 flush, 99, 79, or 76, and you only can win on one of these outright. I doubt he would chase a simple str8 or flush with the board paired on the flop, so he either has a full house or a str8 flush by the turn.
If you don't have the nuts in Omaha and someone goes all in, you are probably beat, no matter how strong your hand is.
Perhaps that's a little passive, but hands like quads, str8 flushes, etc are more common than you may think in omaha.

I'm not saying you made a bad call, its a tough hand regardless. I say i think i could fold, but in the heat of battle, i don't really know what i would have done really.
