Hi everyone!

I started playing online on fulltilt yesterday..i deposited 399$ , played some 1/2 NL ( heads up and 6 max ) and some 3/6 limit ..ended the day happily with 905$!! I dont like the fulltilt look and feel though, and decided to withdraw the entire bankroll with neteller ( i used neteller to deposit also ).i came back this morning ( Europe time ) and found out that my cashout was voided and my account suspended!! Sad i don't know why that happened..then browsing the forum i found out that it might have something to do with me playing on another computer...i played yesterday at my girlfriend's brother house...he has an account on full tilt and told me to try fulltilt...i thought there was nothing wrong! anyway i didnt cheat in anyway ( he didnt play while i was playing!! ) and i only played 2 or 3 hours.. i tried to send many mails to the fulltilt support but i'm still waiting for answers...if anyone can help please.....i'm a recreational player and those are the only money i got to play poker....and i'm not rich at all..so 900$ mean a lot to me Embarassed ..thanks in advance...bye!! Wink

my guess is they are looking for any suspicious actions. depositing and cashing out that quickly with that profit raises red flags. if you did nothing wrong then im sure FT will realize that and give you your money.

I wouldn't care how crappy the site looked--if I more than doubled my money in one day, I think I would stay.

by recreational player i mean that i dont consider money won at online poker as a source of income..the 400$ mean much to me because it was my entire bankroll...and i'm more than conscious that playing so way out of my BR could break me soon..but i started with nothing and dont mind to gamble with winnings...but i simpy dont want to use "real" money i got in my bank account to play poker...i don't need those 900$ for my life...but i do need them for my "poker life" ..its not easy to explain, i know.. Regarding responses from FullTilt Support, many email programs and security software (eg Norton) have the tendency to push anything gambling related to the spam folder. Check there, you may have received some sort of response already.

Sounds a bit odd why a player would buy in for 400 bucks, do well, then want to take it all out? The screen set-up, etc. sure seemed good enough to win 500 bucks. Why on earth wouldn't you take out half, and give it another shot, are the graphics, and such, that bad???

For a player, to whom a healthy win means so much, to let the screen set-up keep you from playing another day.....that seems VERY FISHY!!!

Another thought, didn't you see your buddy playing on this site b4 you threw 400 bucks into the site??? I'm sure you could have experienced the site on his acct. b4 opening yours.

Support has this system in place to keep tabs on this sort of fishy behavior.

GOOD DAY!

Are you kidding bro? Is it really that odd? Not everyone plays poker everyday. Just as tourists in Vegas would cash out their chips when they leave novices might do the same online. You're really being genuine? Unless the guy is planning on making a living playing poker it doesn't sound far fetched in the least. I have friends that don't play nearly as much as me who cash out whenever they win $50 from a $50 deposit. Yea they're fishy. But then that's not such a fish move for them is it? Half of the top posts are people whose accounts have been suspended without the slightest warning from FT...something's fishy about that.

And there should be no warning when suspending an acct. for that type of suspicious behavior. I don't recall the OP saying that he was withdrawing money so that he could savor the win or to buy something for his friend. He decided to stop because he didn't like the layout, or the graphics or something like that??? Come on, does that makes any sense whatsoever?

You must have missed the part where he said that his buddy has an acct., and suggested he start playing, too.....there is no way that he had never experienced this site b4 his deposit. That sounds like a cover-up excuse to get his acct free.

I also am not accusing this guy of any wrongdoings, but it looks suspicious, definately enough to warrant the action taken.

Anyone who deposits, dbls or trpl up, then requests a full withdrawl should ABSOLUTELY be checked out, as they did to the OP

GOOD DAY!

yes, if you did nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. just wait a few days and it will be re-activated.
