For what it's worth, the Steel Wheel is pretty much the best you can get in O8b, it's A-5 suited.

Seems it is harder to find a safe hand than ways to mess it up in O8b.

This extremely sweet hand is the closest I have had to the hand you describe:



I raised him and much to my delight he pushed all in. I was praying he had the ace high flush but no, he too had a wheel so I only got 3/4 of the pot. Sadly he came back to win the tournament and I finished 2nd.

This is the best Omaha8 starting hand I have been dealt, which incidentally resulted in a nice scoop!
