number one. why would they rig the cards we are playing against each other.
ANSWER. because they are greedy bastards. and they want the maximum rake

Assume a very bad player. He deposits 100 bucks. puts it on 3 6 table He bets every card has no clue what hand wins even just bet and see.

RANDOM CARDS: he plays 20 hands winning 1 or 2 of them before he loses all his money. The site gets 10 bucks of the 90 and the good players gets the rest. The bad player loses his money in 20 minutes cant figure out why and never comes back.

end result site gets 10 bucks and loses player.

FULL TILT CARDS: site makes sure the bad player wins at least 4 or 5 hands that he has no business being in. Player still loses but it takes 100 or 200 hands. the site gets 70 of the 100 in rake. the good players get 30. The bad player played for 4 hours had an exciting time and thinks he got unlucky today. He puts more money in.

end result the site gets 70 bucks and another happy moron to redeposit.

THAT IS WHY THEY DO IT.

and unfortunately EVERY site does it to one degree or another now.
the reason is the same moron they are all chasing.

imagine this same moron trys 4 sites. 3 of them are honest. 1 is rigged. Which one does he go back to ? Eventually all of the morona are at the rigged site. The rigged site not only has more players it is taking 4 times as much rake on equal number of hands.
The good players chase the bad players to the rigged site and complain but what can they do there is nobody left at the honest site but a couple of pros. Eventually the honest sites either go under or design their own rigged cards.

IT IS A TRAVESTY. THE GAME NO LONGER HAS ANY ELEMENT OF SKILL. THERE IS NO MORE FUN CONVERSATION ONLY ARGUEMENTS ABOUT THE STUPID CARDS AND THE MORONS GETTING "LUCKY" IT IS A CRIME. IT IS A SHAME.

When i first started playing most of the sites were random. The difference now is obvious. A simple test. Is there anybody on this site that you are scared to play? Somebody that wins every time because they are so good? There used to be a lot of them.
You could go to an NL table any day of the week and there would be at least 1 or 2 of a half dozen good players that ALWAYS had twice the max limit to sit with in front of them.

There were also people that were so bad people would run to play them. If one of these fish sat at an empty table it would be full with a waiting list 3 minutes later. They were famous for losing money.

Is there even ONE person on this site that fits either of these descriptions?
NO! it never happens anymore. The site makes everybody even because then the just pass the money back and forth and the site gets ALL of it in rake. The site expects to keep over 90 percent of the money deposited. Less than 7 percent of online players have winning records. That means that there is not even 1 winner on each 9 man table.

HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ??

BECAUSE THERE IS ZERO REGULATION.
the kawhanee indians make ALL of their money from site payments. They have a vested interest in NOT investigating any complaints and they do not. The supposed regulating companies including PWC and econga have absolutely refused to reveal any details of their supposed testing. They have refused to do investigations. The new york office of pwc has disavowed any knowledge of the testing done and reffered me back to the south african division saying only that "there lawyers have determined that i would have to sue in a south african court and they wish me luck"

Just beacause you zeroed out your bankroll, topic creator, in a streak of hurrendous poker playing, doesn't make the site rigged. face the facts - you CAN'T PLAY POKER. Try chess. Wait, that's rigged too. Laughing

I'm not saying any given site is or is not rigged, but I have to be honest and say that there are a few people for whom I search every time I log on, and, upon finding one of them, I normally end the night at least up another 100 or 200 bucks.

I can't see your point, sorry.

Though I agree that the argument that online poker sites have no reason to rig their game is bollocks.

Again, not saying any of 'em do it.

Ya know, i'd post a good argument for this topic creator person, but i'm too lazy to type it for the millionth time. It's not worth it, you can't change their blind beliefs.

In Flopcat's ideal poker room, the best hand preflop wins the showdown every time. The result? All the bad players in the poker room go broke, and the games collapse.

The entire poker economy is built around bad players. If they never outdrew you, they would probably never play.

LOL! Then you know all about Politics and Religion. I'll be careful not to disagree with you again, since I'd like to keep my kneecaps intact.
