I assume you have but I'll ask anyway. Have you sent support more than one email in regards to this problem?

Three weeks and not a peep out of customer service...this is rediculous.

I thought that when someone went to 'cash out' their account was reviewed to make sure there was not any suspicious activity, such as transferring lots of cash from one account to another, and then immediately cashing out.

If someone were to get into your account and cash out directly from the hacked account, there should be some trail from FTP to however they got the cash as well.

The folks who say this cannot happen are nuts. All it takes is a simple key logger which has been around for a decade and a way to get it on your computer. Antivirus and email scan will help stop it. problem is that someone could have put it on your computer a year ago and then everyone is scanning looking for that program. A good firewall will help to keep them from seeing your computer but nothing is 100%.

Is it true that if you make yourself available through the search features on poker sites, that all your playing information can be downloaded by another playe?

Full Tilt's customer service is absolutely a joke.

I've played elsewhere, sent complaint emails about certain things, and received replies within 2 hours EVERY TIME I DO IT.

One site I have a phone number I can call, and i did once when my chat was removed unfairly, and i instantly got it back.

Still not a peep after a long...long...long wait. Is there even a customer service department at Full-Tilt? I liked this site until I was ripped off, but the absolute lack of customer care has made me change where I play.

This is exactly why online gambling sites should, at the very least be regulated. If not regulated, the government should start legislation to outlaw on-line gambling all-together.There's a million ways to get your money and this is just one of them.
I'd like a quarter for every time I've heard about someone trying to cash out and not get what's coming to them..These sites are completely out of control......Remember the old adage "buyer beware".

Ok, here it is: the sites are not based in the US, so the government has no control over them. If you believe that these sites are all scams in order to take your money, fine - don't play here. You have every right to believe that. But why do you feel the need to deny others the right to make the choice for themselves by banning online gambling altogether? My bank account says that it's not a scam - from many sites. Forcing others to make the decision you feel is correct is not democratic - it's fascism.

I have to agree with Jaconda...I still play despite having been ripped off for $400. By and large the site I've plyed on (including full-tilt) have allowed me to cash out when I want, etc. This, of course, doesn't excuse the absolute lack of customer service provided by Full-tilt in this instance. It's a buyer's market and with that in mind I'll be playing else where until the problem has been addressed.
