Wow, that sucks. Did they give any warning that they were closing? Or did you just go to log in one day like any other day, and find that they weren't there anymore?

Goodluck... Let us know what happens.

Hi coolbornovic

Yes I played at Jetset (along with several friends) all of who have not been paid the cash we had in our accounts back. I must of sent around 50 e-mails to them, but never recieved a single reply back from them.
(I was trying to contact them prior to them officially closing the site about another problem for about a week, they never replied to any of those e-mails either, so I think they knew what they were going to do)

I wasn't a high roller, I had around $150 on there, I doubt I will ever see it again. If I ever find any staff that worked for Jetset, I will be serving life in prison soon after. (not the money that matters, its the principle)

The cheek of them to post on the site after they closed that they valued and appriciated the community and members they had.. Funny way of showing it.

If you find out how to get money back, let me know, ill do same for u.

If it's any consolation to anyone who played on Jetsetpoker.com, someone posted a few months ago that they had played on PokerPlex ages ago, forgot they still had $50 in their account, then received a check after the site went under.

All hope is not gone.

This is one of the reasons online poker needs to be regulated.

I agree, all poker sites should be accountable to a higher power, not really bothered who it was, but aslong as it was someone.

My only hope is that Jetset are sending cheques to their high rollers before getting round to the low stakes players like myself, but it does my moral no good to know that you had $2k and you have not recieved your money yet :s - what chnces my $150 lol :s

I found a site - http://www.ecogra.org/ that seem to act as some sort of regulator for online casinos? I am not sure how helpfull they can be though. They only help if the site is ecogra registered? Do you know if Jetset was? - (Is FullTilt registered with them? lol)

I am going to send them an e-mail after I post this, if we try to get lots of Jetset members to also send them e-mails they might be able to help us?

We can but try eh? (sorry for using the FullTilt forums for sorting out a Jetsetpoker problem :s)[/i]

Try this email. I got it off pocketfives' forum. Worth a shot.

accountclosure@jetset.com

Also, do you know who licensed ths site? I already checked, and it's not the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. If you know who licensed the site you can go to their webpage and make a complaint, or to see what's going on.
