First of all , you would have to b good enough to win a lot of play chips. I really dont think most real money players that post here are. I know if u take the best play chip poker players and put them up against the average money player the play chip players would win. Lets say u have a tourny with 45 best play money players and 45 average money players ,the end result would be 7 to 2 in favor of play money players at final table. Of course the winner wold be..............do i have to say?

Funny post. I enjoy humor.

I also graduated from play chips to real money by selling the play chips I won by the millions. And play chip games... even the 50k SNGs at PS or the highest NL (play chip) tables out there are softer than .05/.1 NL real money, and much more easily beaten.

I'd still be playing 50k play chip SNGs and selling the profits, if I didn't end up making more money playing for... you guessed it, actual money.

You better get a new hook, ive seen u play and your not busting any fish .Top play money players are verry underated and choose not to play online money games for a reason: but dont think for a second they havent fished on a real table and filled the stringer full.

Is that so? Money in here, +50% in 6 days. (I'm sure someone from FTP could verify that, if you think I'm BSing you.) And you're welcome to play me for real money if you think I'm really not that good a player.

Basically, feel free to put your money where your mouth is, and prove it.

EDIT:

I've even registered for the upcoming MBJ tournament. $5.50 buy-in, NL Hold 'em, #7744093 under the "private" tab, password is "forum" and it's being held on Sunday October 29th at 21:00 EST. I can honestly say that few things would please me more than seeing you at my table there.

(Or if you don't have any real money - which would make me laugh... LOUDLY - I'll play you for play chips and bragging rights... well, "shutting you up" rights, really. I'm not a donk who brags about my ability to win worthless chips.)

Uhuh. Sure. If they really were any good, they'd be playing real money, and making more money there than they could in the play chip resale world. Or, they're working their way out of play chips by selling them as we speak - but even most of those end up busted when they make the move to real money.

I still can't believe why anyone would buy play chips, its not making any sense to me.

Who cares if you're playing a 50 chips sit and go or a 50K chip sit and go, the blinding thing they both have in common is you win nothing of actual value in either.

I'd understand this is play chips could be used for anything else besides playing in other play chips tournaments, but they can't.

The only thing that I can think of is that maybe at the highest of high play chip tables the play is actually kinda decent and it makes it more realistic, so people desire to have enough play chips to play at this high level, though it is for no actual money.

Even if that is the fact I can't believe people actually spend money on something that is free and can be gathered risk free over a period of time.

If anyone has ever baught play chips and would like to give me their reason why i'd love to hear it because right now i'm having trouble thinking of you as anything but a sucker.

Let me guess, you won at play money, then put in a deposit, lost it all and you think it's because online poker is rigged. But of course play money isn't rigged, so that's where the skilled are.

Huh? The best play money players? If you play fake money poker long enough to where you are considered one of the best, you have issues, the main issue being way too much free time that you aren't using very wisely.

You have an unlimited bank roll when you play fake money. Its not even close to comparable to real money games. Its pretty easy to win at poker when there is no risk and if you lose you can just get more at no cost.

What science are you basing this 7-2 ratio at a final table that started with 45 fake money players and 45 real money players? I'd love to see the formula you use for that.

Next time you are pondering a 50K call at a play money table imagine how much harder it would be if it was a $500 call or even a $50 call, heck you play fake money lets say a $5 call. Its not the same.

My conclusion is that you tried to play real money and deposited a small ammount. You either lost it all because of bad beats or you just aren't very good or maybe a combination of both.

Sense you are human you don't like to admit that you might just not be good at something so you have concluded that real money games on the internet are rigged.

Now you play fake money games and are doing well at it or so it seems which even further fuels your idea that you just got cheated at the real money tables.

The play on the highest of high play chip tables neither decent or realistic...infact we used to call it BINGO POKER lol
I think the buzz of playing on those tables is the fact that you can win 2 million chips in one hand and feel like a real BIG MAN!!!

If you've ever baught play money chips please place your head against a wall and bang it against it several times.

Don't bother. It's really heavy, so you lose all your profits to shipping costs. Sad

Well if you can find air guitars and a fart in a jar on ebay, why not sand.
